Using recipes handed down through generations, we will bring a true taste of the Scottish countryside to you Baking is in our Blood! 5 Coffee Menu The coffee we have sourced for the deli is a popular Ottimo roast from Italian Aroma. It is made up from 100% Arabica coffee beans, origins being from Colombia and Kenya Peaberry. Our coffee blend has a medium acidity, is full bodied and has a floral undertone producing an easy drinking all day coffee and is available in 250g packets as beans or ground for you to enjoy at home. All our coffees are also available in Decaf or made with Soya milk, please ask your server and we will be happy to suit your requirements. Espresso..... single shot double espresso shot Coffee brewed by forcing almost boiling water through freshly ground coffee beans under pressure. Caffè Americano.... small large Invented by the Italians after Americans dislike for espresso, simply a double shot espresso with hot water. Cappuccino small large An espresso topped with equal parts of steamed and foamed milk finished with a light dusting of chocolate powder. Caffè Latte Espresso with a generous amount of steamed milk topped with a swirl of micro foam to seal in the warmth. Flat White An Australian favourite, expertly steamed milk poured over a double shot of espresso topped with a swirl of micro-foam.
