The Ride the Tide Trolley runs on a seasonal, scheduled loop around Carlsbad. Weddings may also rent the trolley for group transportation. 12 FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM A food and beverage minimum will apply to the contracted space and date, and cannot be transferred to other areas. SERVICE CHARGE & TAX All food and beverage and room rental prices are subject to 24% service charge and current state tax. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT A deposit of 25% of your food and beverage minimum will be required at the time your contract is signed. A second 25% deposit is due 90 days thereafter, with the final payment due three days prior to wedding date. We require a credit card authorization on file. GUEST ROOM BLOCKS Let us help enhance your guests experience with a specially negotiated rate. HONEYMOON SUITE The wedding couple will receive a complimentary suite on their wedding night for wedding receptions with a food and beverage minimum of $10, Check in time is 3:00pm. Early check in cannot be guaranteed. Check out time is 12:00pm. MEAL GUARANTEE Your meal guarantee is due (3) business days prior to your wedding and is not subject to reduction. LINENS We will provide house linen complimentary. If you are providing specialty linen, please have your linen company drop off the rented linen the day before the event. Your wedding coordinator appointed person will be responsible for counting your rental linens at the end of the night and returning them to the rental company. SEATING If you select more than one entrée, the hotel requires place cards indicating meal choice. PROFESSIONAL WEDDING SERVICES The Wedding Manager will be with you through the detailing process and be there on your special day!
