10 Food and Wine Roads (Source: 214 Report) 15 Food and Wine roads have been created in all the provinces The itineraries join restaurants, wineries, agritourist structures guest-houses, farms, cheese factories, crafts and arts workshops specialized in typical high-quality productions, which work together to enhance the rich culinary heritage of the Region Cooperative Firms, PO, APO, IO (Source: 214 Report) Strade dei vini e dei sapori The 778 cooperative firms active in the region produce the 6% of the turnover of the food industry and represent one third of cooperative firms in the Italian agri food system.
