11 Additional Arrangements Children (12 years and under) & Vendor Meals are $30 each. Children (13-20 years old) are 50% of the per person entrée price. Extended Cocktail Hour or Reception There is an additional charge of $5 per person per half hour to extend the bar, and an additional $5 per person per half hour to extend the hors d oeuvres for cocktail hour. Wedding Ceremony An outside area or private room may be reserved for your wedding ceremony. There is a $500 setup fee for a ceremony and that includes a backdrop of ivory draping for indoor ceremonies. Decorations Specialty linens may be arranged through the Director of Catering and will be charged accordingly. Chiavari chairs are available for an additional cost. Price is based on selection. Rehearsal Dinner and Post Wedding Day Brunches The Philadelphia Cricket Club also provides the perfect setting for your Rehearsal Dinner and Post Wedding Day Brunch. Please speak with the Director of Catering for more information. 11

12 Guidelines of the Club A deposit of $2,500 is due to reserve the room and date. This deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the estimated event cost minus the $2,500 initial deposit is due 6 months prior to the wedding date. The final balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. There is a Food & Beverage minimum of $16,000 for a Friday or Sunday wedding and a Food & Beverage minimum of $22,000 for a Saturday wedding. A wedding on a Sunday of a holiday weekend has the same Food & Beverage minimum as a Saturday night. The Chef will include a food tasting for up to four people in January, February, March or August. If you would like to have more than 4 people at your tasting, there will be an additional $30 charge per person. Final menu descriptions will be discussed at the tasting. The Chef would like a preliminary guest count three weeks prior to your event. The final guaranteed guest count is due two weeks before your wedding day. No credit will be extended if any fewer than the guaranteed number is in attendance. Any additional guests in attendance will be charged appropriately. The bar will close briefly while your guests are being escorted to the ballroom and will reopen during dinner. The bar will remain open for the rest of the evening. A credit card is required to guarantee any charges that may be incurred over the total balance paid. 13
