Your estimate will be determined based on the number of guests attending your reception. A 23% service fee and appropriate taxes, currently 8.25%, will be added to your per person price for all food and beverage. *With minimum of 100 wedding guests.

3 Event Catering Embassy Suites Riverwalk's catering services offer customized menus that fit your ideas and preferences. If you prefer a more casual style, we offer hors d oeuvres and dinner buffets. Both include cold and hot selections, a carving station and non-alcoholic beverages. Action stations can be added to your hors d oeuvres buffet package. Plated, banquet-style dinners are available if you prefer a more formal event. You ll be able to choose cold and hot selections, a cheese display, gourmet salads, entrées, pairing entrées and accompaniments. Meals for children can be added to your event, and we can accommodate any special dietary needs for your guests. Your Wedding Specialist will work with you to complete your catering with a custom cocktail designed just for you and assist you in choosing the perfect wine to compliment your meal.

Blocks of suites can also be reserved for your guests so they can spend this time near one another. DINING Throughout your wedding festivities, it can be difficult to find the time to step back and take a breather. But we've made it quick and convenient for you to unwind. You and your guests can enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks at the Evening Reception and free made-to-order breakfast right at the hotel.
