We pride ourselves on attention to detail and service that far surpasses your expectations. Our goal is to make your special day a memorable occasion you and your guests will not soon forget. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss the day s events including menus, itinerary, room arrangement and to answer any questions you may have about our services. Please call to inquire about a specific date or to set up an appointment to view our beautiful ceremony site and facility. Club Facilities We are happy to provide tables, chairs, house linens, skirting, dinnerware, and glasses at no charge. We are also happy to recommend vendors that we have worked with in the past to help you find the perfect complements to your event. Banquet Policies Menus Our Executive Chef, Michael Ramsey, is one of the finest in Jacksonville and can create a meal your guests will remember. Our Banquet Menus is just the beginning of what we can offer. Please feel free to contact the Director of Catering to discuss customizing menus to accommodate your needs. Menu Selection Menu selections must be completed at least two weeks prior to your event. Menus not finalized by that time are subject to availability of product. Please note that any food prepared by Jacksonville Golf and Country Club is property of the club and is may not be removed from the premises.

3 Ceremony Package $10.00 per guest Professional Coordination Ceremony coordination services include planning the flow of your ceremony, positioning the bridal party, and organizing your rehearsal. Ceremony Rehearsal One hour use of banquet facilities to rehearse your wedding procession. Dressing Room On your wedding day, we ll provide a dressing room for the bridal party, available two hours prior to your ceremony, with full length mirror and chilled spring water. Ceremony Setting Site Set Up & Breakdown Traditional Theatre Style Seating with Center Aisle White Wedding Chairs with Cushions Alternate Site Location in case of inclement weather Guest Book set up & Private Gift Room Ceremonies are available only when combined with a full service Wedding Reception. Room availability will determine alternate ceremony site location and may require standing room only. Alternate Site Location must be determined no later than 24 hours prior to the Ceremony. Due to liability obligations, the Club reserves the right to move the ceremony location.

4 Reception Package $995 Service fee Services included: Four (4) hours of exclusive use of the rooms you have reserved Set up and breakdown of event Dance floor Set up of your favors White or ivory table linens & place settings Cake cutting, plating and service Event coordinator to act as liaison during reception Coordination of Vendors on the day of event Complimentary bottle of champagne Useful Information and Policies Only a signed contract and receipt of deposit will guarantee your reservation. All food must be supplied and prepared by Jacksonville Golf and Country Club. Final guarantee must be received 5 days prior to each function. This number will be considered a guarantee not subject to reduction. We will charge for the guarantee number or the number served, whichever is greater. All prices are quoted on a per person basis and are non-inclusive of service charge and tax. All prices are subject to change. Jacksonville Golf and Country Club reserves and exercises the right to control all alcoholic beverage consumption, in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. We will ask for identification and will refuse to serve minors or visibly intoxicated persons. All bars will close no later than 1:30am. Jacksonville Golf and Country Club is the only licensee authorized to serve and sell alcoholic beverages on premises in accordance with the regulations of the Florida Liquor Control Commission. All alcoholic beverages consumed and/ or sold on the premises must be purchased from and served by the club. All vendors that will be providing services during your wedding must be appropriately licensed, insured and approved by Jacksonville Golf and Country Club.

Slow cooked Colorado lamb shank with braised vegetables, goat cheese polenta, and pan-jus. Grilled Mahi Mahi with mango-chipotle glaze, red pepper and fire blistered vegetables. Sautéed crab cakes with black bean succotash, smoky chili remoulade and Kentucky red rice.
