We are also happy recommend vendors that we have worked with in the past to help you find the perfect complements for your event. Menu Selection Menu selections must be completed at least one week prior to your event. Menus not finalized by that time are subject to availability of the product. If you are interested in a menu option other than the Buffet or Plated Packages offered in this Banquet Event Planning Guide, please contact the Catering Director to discuss available options and respective pricing. Due to health code restrictions any food left over from an event must be disposed of and may not be sent home with guests.. 2 Our Executive Chef, Michael Ramsey, is one of the finest in Jacksonville and can create a meal your guests will remember. Our Banquet Menus include enough variety to suit most needs. We know that every event is unique and our culinary team can customize a menu to accommodate your needs. Dress Code Jacksonville Golf and Country Club maintains a dress code defined as Country Club Casual. Denim is not permitted in the Main Dining Room or on the Golf Course. All guests must wear appropriate foot attire (no flip-flops, aqua shoes or athletic shoes in the evening) and gentlemen should remove their caps while in the Dining Rooms.

19 Golf Details Tournament Details Food & Beverage Policies $55 + tax per player Minimum of 72 Players Per person golf rate includes the following: Greens Fees Cart Fees Range Balls Bag Handling Score Cards Cart Signs On Course Proximity Markers Announcements Rule Sheets Post Tournament Scoring Jacksonville Golf & Country Club must provide all food and beverage. All Monday Events have a $2,500 food and beverage minimum that must be met to utilize any indoor Clubhouse space. All Banquets are subject to 20% gratuity and 7% sales tax. If your organization is tax exempt, you must submit a copy of the tax exempt form or it will not be honored. **All space arrangements and reservations must be made through the Event Coordinator or Director of Catering Sales.** **This booking will remain tentative until the contract is signed and the initial deposit is received by the Club.** Deposit An initial deposit of $1,000 or 10% of the total estimated bill, whichever is greater, is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, however, are subtracted from the final bill. Beverage Carts & Attendants Two attendants are required for groups over 80 players. Each Beverage Cart is $100. For Beverage Carts with Donated Product, the charge is $200 per cart. All Donated Products must be invoiced directly to Jacksonville Golf & Country Club and the club will retain any unused product after the event. No donated or outside product will be permitted in the Club. Additional Charges Our current golf cart fleet can accommodate 104 players. If your field will require additional carts, a cart rental fee will be assessed based on the current rental rate by the supplier transporting the carts selected by the host facility. Cancellation Policies Any cancellation must be given to Jacksonville Golf & Country Club no less than 60 days prior to the event. Rain Date Policy The outing will not be rescheduled in the event that play is interrupted. Every attempt will be made to complete 18 holes based on course conditions. Once the outing starts, there is no refund of prorated fees. 19
