Set aside. Melt dark chocolate silk and whisk together with puree. Fill wine or parfait glasses with approx 2 1/2 oz dark chocolate silk mixture and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set. Next layer approx 2 1/2 oz white chocolate silk mixture into glass. Chill the parfait and serve cold with candied orange and chocolate. Recently this delicate flower has seen global acclaim, finding its way into some of the world s best kitchens as well as into craft cocktail bars utilizing St. Germain. Recognizing its growing appeal, family-owned Alsatian cheesemaker Haxaire has begun infusing a traditional Alsatian cheese with elderflower blossoms, creating a new tradition all its own. Our La Cigogne Elderflower Tomme is aged a minimum of four months, yielding a gentle floral flavor with notes of toasted bread and a slight nuttiness.
