3 Milos Miami Located in the heart of South of Fifth, ESTIATORIO MILOS is known around town as one of the city s finest and most vibrant dining destinations. Zagat s and the Miami New Times both recently ranked MILOS among the top 10 restaurants in Miami, while the Miami Herald has described MILOS in two words as: impeccably fresh! MILOS is famous for its exceptional fish and seafood, its elegance, sophistication and its refined yet minimalist approach to the Mediterranean culinary tradition. This philosophy of simplicity is mirrored in the interior design, by world-renowned architect Jeffrey Beers, who has created an airy, light and stunning backdrop that uniquely melds the antique urns of Greece which once held goods such as olive oil or wheat with a fresh and contemporary Floridian breeze. A prominent feature of the restaurant is the white Pentelikon marble throughout, which was sourced from Mount Penteli, just outside Athens. Since ancient times, Pentelikon marble has been famous for its strength and clarity of color and notably was used to build the Parthenon.

Our suppliers, who range from small, family owned fishing companies in the Greek islands and the shores of Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal, to independent North American fishermen in Pensacola, Florida and the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia, are all dedicated to delivering fish and seafood with a commitment to absolute freshness, exceptional quality and with sound environmental considerations. MILOS iconic fish market, a colorful and dazzling array of the freshest fish displayed center-stage on a bed of ice, allows guests to hand-pick their meal. Our simple preparation tries to preserve the distinct flavors and nutritional values of each highquality ingredient (relying on freshness instead of fat for flavor), and our presentation expresses our unique philosophy of harmony with nature. 5 The Marketa The Marketa, a specialty foods mini-market, features a collection of curated retail items for purchase including olive oil, capers, sea salt, spoon sweets and a myriad of other artisanal products from around the world. The space can be used for cocktail receptions up to 60 guests, or an intimate seated dinner up to 30 guests. Surrounded by mouth-watering visual stimuli and a 4-seat raw fish bar, our team will work together with you to create a unique and personalized culinary experience. 5

6 Private Dining And Special Events At Milos Miami there is always a reason to celebrate. The restaurant boasts a handful of private and semi-private, unique ambiances for your most discerning special occasions be they business or pleasure. The elegant and bright Private Dining Room features a wall of windows, beautiful high ceilings with exposed wood beams and a bookshelf-lined space. Equipped with a 67 flat screen TV, our private dining room is ideal for business meetings or corporate functions. The room also serves well for celebratory events such as family reunions, holiday parties, baby and bridal showers, anniversaries orbirthday s. No matter the occasion- you re sureto d elight and inspire your clients, employees, friends or family when hosting your special event at Milos. The room seats up to 60 guests, or 70 guests for cocktail receptions.

7 The Main Bar The Main Bar is an ideal location for a cocktail reception or friendly get-together, with high-top seating in addition to the handsome 12-seat bar. The sparkling, glass-encased wine cellar frames the entire bar area, showcasing MILOS impressive collection and provides a unique, convivial backdrop for your special event. 5

8 Semi-Private Dining Room And finally, we have at our guests disposal a Semi-Private Dining Room area lined by windows, and bathed in natural light. It is ideal for long tables and informal get-togethers. This area can seat up to 30 guests.
