2 Welcome Welcome to the world of LiveO, an experience of warm hospitality and a healthy lifestyle. We would like to introduce you to our world of flavors where the Mediterranean temperament meets the delicate French cuisine, where dreams of pioneering and entrepreneurism come true. The world of LiveO is born from the catharsis of the nutrients of the O-LIVE trees fruit. Live- to accentuate the values of well being O- the perfection of the letter represents the circle of actions and fulfillment. This circle began with the planting of thousands of olive trees in the barren land of Kibbutz Revivim, located in the Negev desert. Following was the olive harvest, then the preservation. Finally the pinnacle: the development of five different lines of gourmet products based on the purity of extra virgin olive oil. Our Philosophy At LiveO you are warmly invited to experience a lifestyle where attention is paid to every drop. A combination of advanced agronomic knowledge with a modern culinary scent. The culture of olive oil, according to LiveO, is based on the unique character of selected olive varieties, as a platform for a product line baring the same name. The natural aroma and flavours of each variety is a source of inspiration for the products derived from them: mixtures of fresh vegetables with a touch of herbs and spices which enhance the flavour and accentuate the special characteristics of each and every variety. From the planting to the picking, to the pickling and the packing, the entire process of production and manufacturing is done in accordance to the highest standards set by LiveO.

3 The Oils LiveOs oils are classified as extra virgin- the highest quality of olive oil- and have a level of acidity not exceeding 0.5%. Research results from Israel and around the world have come to show that LiveO oils have an above average amount of anti oxidants. They even achieved an outstanding score in tests of the highest standards from places renowned for their olive oil such as Tuscany, Italy and Seville, Spain.

4 Picual Manzanilo Souri Barnea Frantoio Originating in Andalusia, Spain, our Picual trees wrap the vast Negev spaces in green and yield fleshy round olives with an elegantly sweet fruity fragrance and olive oil that has a delightful green aroma and the luminous golden color unique to liveo olive oil. A famous, vigorous Spanish variety, our Manzanillo trees produce olives with a subtle, pleasing fragrance reminiscent of tender green shoots, with a strong and enduring fruity flavor and the golden color typical of LiveO olive oil. This Souri olive is a modern Israeli variety of the Souri olive originating in Tzur, Lebanon and prevalent in the Mediterranean region. Our Souri olive trees produce olives with a delicate, grassy fragrance and a distinct flavor of honey and pepper and the golden color typical of liveo olive oil. The Barnea is a modern Israel cultivar and the jewel in the crown of Israel s olive oil industry. Our Barnea trees produce high quality olives noted for their delicately pungent fragrance, bitter flavor and aroma with a hint of artichoke. All this is reflected in the luminous golden color of liveo olive oil. Frantoio is the dominant variety in the Italian olive oil industry. The roots of our Frantoio olive trees nourished by the brackish water of the desert, produce olives with a delicately refreshing aroma and a sweet almond-like taste and the golden color typical of LiveO olive oil.

5 Extra Virgin Olive Oil LiveO oils are characterized by their rich aroma with hints of fruit and herbs detected. The oils are created by cold pressing, a process which does not affect the quality, leaving that freshly picked flavor of the olive, and providing it with a golden color which LiveO is renowned for. 9 Olives Enjoy with beer or in a martini glass. On the pasta, with meat and chicken dishes, or in a salad. One variety can be enjoyed on its own, however it is wonderful to mix them up in order to intensify the color and flavor. 3 Cracked green Souri olives Cracked green olives boasting a bitter piquant flavor and a rich oily texture. Green Manzanillo olives This type of green olive possesses a rich taste combining sourness and bitterness. Black Picual olives in extra virgin oil Salty black olives with a bittersweet aftertaste pickled in a Greek method in salt and sunlight. Green Frantoio olives Green olives, gentle in flavor and texture. They are hand picked because of their size and delicateness. 5 Barnea olives in extra virgin oil These are classic black olives known for their saltiness. 5 3

10 Antipasti Translation from Italian- before the main course They are fantastic as an aperitif for any meal; serve separately or combine several types. Serve with cold cuts, cheeses and freshly baked bread. Antipasti can also be added to vegetable dishes, pastries, pasta sauce, soups and saladsr. Picual Artichoke with Frantoio Roasted zucchini 3 Manzanillo Small red Barnea Eggplants roasted lemon and sage in extra virgin picual olive oil. Combine in a pasta sauce with truffle mushrooms, olive oil and parmesan cheese. with rosemary. Oven baked fish stuffed with zucchini, olive oil and garden herbs- basil, thyme or sage. peppers in extra virgin manzanillo olive oil. To be added to fish, baked or steamed, or stuffed with tuna and vegetables or cream cheese. in extra virgin barnea olive oil. Upgrade your hamburgers and also add sliced tomatoes and ketchup. 3

11 Vinegars The fruit vinegars provide a surprising mixture of flavors- a sourness moderated by the sweetness of the fruit inside. All of the fruit vinegars are recommended to be used in a vinaigrette salad dressing. Also advised is to include the original fruit of the vinegar in the salad, thus enhancing the flavor, texture and appearance. Apricot vinegar Suitable for all salads, as a base for glazing onion jam, to enrich a broth, or for creaming fish and root vegetables. 3 Pear vinegar As a base for vinaigrette sauce on garden rocket and other greens, add nuts and an aromatic hard cheese. Raspberry vinegar Steamed with slices of onion and freshly picked berries, reduced and poured on steamed fish. For a sweet tasting goose pâté (pâté de foie gras), add during preparation. Mango vinegar Mix with soy sauce and wasabi to create a sauce for raw fish. With Dijon mustard and nuts as a marinade for steamed fish, recommended to be served with potatoes and apples fried together. 5 Balsamic vinegar Suitable for all salads, as a base for glazing onion jam, to enrich a broth, or for creaming fish and root vegetables.. 5 3
