This dish showcases the creativity of the young children from Metta Punggol through the clever use of craft materials in various colours & shapes. Though young, these children show us that creativity knows no bounds. The Italian sausages and capsicum represent the myriad of experiences they can look forward to in life, while the sauces & dough demonstrate how we can enrich their lives by complementing them.

2 Best in Show $4.00 by dessertstory NEX, Bishan J8, Tiong Bahru Plaza, North Point, Hougang Mall Inspired by the kind nature of the children from Metta Punggol, as well as their colorful drawings & handicrafts, dessertstory decided to produce its Best in Show dish for Freshly made with milk pudding and colourful QQ balls, this dish tells the story that life can be simple but yet colourful and wonderfully filled with goodness.

3 Rainbow Kueh Bangkit $20.00 by Kim Choo Kueh Chang Pte Ltd Kim Choo Boutique Shop, 109 East Coast Road, S(428800) While many of us are blessed with the ability to enjoy our daily activities without much difficulties; there are some amongst us who find it challenging to assimilate with our environment. Through the interactions with the students from Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore, Kim Choo Kueh Chang Pte Ltd was inspired to create the Rainbow Kueh Bangkit. The vibrant rainbow colors are the representation of the differently-abled individuals (regardless of our physical conditions) we may have within our shared community. All of us are part of this beautiful rainbow, which exhibits our attractiveness as a gracious and mature society.

4 Lemonicious Chicken $7.80 by Passion Café 247 Payar Lebar Road, #02-01, Trinity Christian Centre, S(409045) Encouraged by the bright and cheerful nature of the students from Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore, Passion Café decided to create the Lemonicious Chicken as the dish for Whilst strong on the outside, the chicken cutlet is tender on the inside, representing the strong yet tender spirt of our beneficiaries. It is a dish well-loved by many. The use of lemon sauce represents the happy, positive and spirited persona of the students.

5 Ramen Salad $11.90 by Ramen Champion Ramen Bugis+, 201 Victoria Street, #04-10, S(188067) Motivated by the enthusiasm of the children from Metta Punggol, Ramen Champion was inspired to create the Ramen Salad for This dish is widely known to be served as an appetizer to stimulate the appetite of the diner. Similarly, it reminds us that these children add zest of life to our families and communities. The salad, being an entrée, signifies entry or beginning of life for the children where they have a whole spectrum of colors to look forward to in this world.

6 Caring Love $20.00 by The China Club The China Club, 168 Robinson Road #52-00, Capital Tower, S(068912) Intrigued by the loving spirit of the children from Metta Punggol and their willingness to help, The China Club is happy to present the Caring Love dish for The Bok Choy, primarily wrapped with bamboo pith, is also served with mushroom and glaced with warm home-made sauce. This dish exemplifies the spirit of sharing and caring; loving and being loved; walking hand-in-hand to help one another in the community.

7 Japanese Oshi Zushi $20.00 by Tomo Izakaya 3A River Valley Road, #01-04, Clarke Quay, S(179020) Tomo Izakaya is proud to present the Japanese Oshi Zushi, the co-created dish with the students from Metta Punggol for The Japanese Oshi Zushi is a type of sushi made by pressing blocks of rice, and complemented with sushi toppings. Mirroring the free spirited nature of the students, this dish allows the diner to freely use ingredients such as tuna grilled eel, egg cake, poached-salmon as the sushi toppings for a great meal.
