For a little indulgence, our flavourful Yusheng is served with homemade bakkwa and a choice of smoked salmon sashimi or fugu sashimi shaped in the likeness of a pig. This is one celebration dish worthy of a fine pig-ture. $198 with Laughing Pig Fugu Sashimi Spice up your New Year with our vibrant Yusheng, topped with homemade crispy mala pork floss and served with shredded jade abalone and aromatic sesame sauce. The fire in the mala pork floss is perfectly balanced with the refreshing crunch and flavour of freshly julienned radish and carrots.

4 Inspired by the radiance of a jade bangle known to bring balance and good luck, these rings of culinary perfection are a beautiful balance of flavours and textures. Each precious abalone lies atop a tender minced meat patty wrapped within a juicy zucchini. Bathed in golden pumpkin sauce, this festive delicacy has a welcoming natural sweetness. Grilled to succulent perfection, these ribs which are moist on the inside yet crunchy on the outside, are served with a tangy sauce made with preserved bean curd and sesame sauce.
