The shaken drink of elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice and tonic water is a light and zesty concoction that goes down well with the nine handcrafted dim sum items and two premium Chinese teas in the high tea set menu. The Imperial High Tea with a craft cocktail is available at $40 per person, only at UOB Plaza from 2.30pm to 6.00pm daily.
