Roasted Sliced Lamb with Celery and Carrots ( 石锅烤羊腿 肉 ) In honour of the sheep zodiac, Si Chuan Dou Hua presents the Roasted Sliced Lamb with Celery and Carrots ( 石锅烤羊腿肉 ). A real treat for lamb lovers, the lamb slices are first expertly roasted for an aromatic smokiness, then slathered in a rich, flavourful gravy to ensure a soft, fall-off-the-bones texture. The Sichuan Pork Knuckle ( 香辣霸王肘 ) is not only delicious but also a magnificent sight to behold.
