3 Technically speaking... Balanced dimensions and quality materials! The entire Easy Sushi device is designed using food-grade materials exclusively made in France. Easy Sushi is 24 cm long, 5.5 cm wide and comes in diameters of 2.5 cm, 3.5 cm and 4.5 cm....so it's compact and can be stored easily in any small space. Easy Sushi comes in black and the 3.5 cm model comes in white. In an effort to meet today's standards on health and convenience, the Easy Sushi is made of a foodgrade ABS cylinder and a flexible food-grade polypropylene film. The traction film is 30 cm x 19.4 cm and can be replaced if you notice any loss of grip.

Place a sheet of Nori seaweed on the film with the shiny side down and press it into both shells so it takes their shape. (for making traditional maki rolls, but you can just as easily use a crepe, slices of bread with the crusts removed and flattened with a rolling pin, a thin omelette, etc. Feel free to use any ingredients you can dream up...). While keeping the sheet of Nori seaweed in place, spread the rice mixture pressing down gently to completely fill the shells (again, the filling mixture is up to you: vinegar rice, vanilla-flavoured rice for sweet recipes, puréed vegetables or fruit, etc.). Lastly, fill with your favourite ingredients... Then gently close the Easy Sushi. Hold it with one hand while pulling the rod with the other. Remove the finished roll from the Easy Sushi and let it sit for about five minutes. Then all you have to do is cut it into pieces and enjoy! Make eight sushi pieces in no time! Simple, easy and fast...
