The inspirer of this entire project is Evangelos Kolios, while the students of his mentoring are his sons, Andreas, Alexandros and Panagiotis. 7 flatbreads made with passion The contact of Evangelos Kolios with the pita industry was made in 1981, when he started to work as a constructor of flatbread-making machinery. In this course, in 1989, he worked in the company Elviart, in a shareholding position, taking up the production management of the plant. Soon he excelled, which had an obvious positive impact in the final product. His passion, his commitment and his techniques were transferred to his sons, who became the successors of his work. The craftsmanship and the experience of the father were combined with the freshness and the desire of the new generation, and together they constituted the inedients for the recipe of success.
