2 ANNEX V REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 2.2 SCHEDULE ON TARIFF COMMITMENTS ON GOODS COMMITMENTS OF SWITZERLAND ON GOODS ORIGINATING IN INDONESIA The following terms and conditions shall apply to the tariff commitments granted by Switzerland in accordance with this Annex: (a) (b) (c) Switzerland shall apply import duties on products originating in Indonesia as set out in column 5 or 6. For tariff concessions in column 6, Switzerland shall reduce the MFN duty rate applicable at the time of importation by the amount specified in that column. For imports within the tariff rate quotas A, B1, B2, C1 and C2, goods shall be transported in tanks of no more than 22 tons. If Switzerland agrees with a major producer of crude palm oil on preferential market access in the form of preferential import duties or bilateral tariff rate quotas for palm oil products of HS chapters15 and 38, it shall, upon request by Indonesia, accord treatment no less favourable to Indonesia. 2
