The three lsts, reproduced on the followng pages, specfy (a) (b) (c) Notfcatons by Governments a concesson whch has been fully appled snce 1 January 1968; concessons whch wll be put nto effect fully by 1 July 1966; and those whch wll be made effectve fully by 1 January 1969.
