We are two artisanal firms working in the field of organic and alternative food production, located in the provinces of Treviso and Vicenza, between Asolo and the Park of Lessinia. Our companies are increasingly oriented to an environment and animal friendly philosophy, protecting human health while giving people the opportunity to not give up culinary delights. Moreover we are all perfectly aware that compassion and empathy toward other creatures can only improve our spiritual state and, at the same time, even our health. The ethical and vegan cuisine is increasingly being appreciated for its healthy lightness as well as for its creativity. The tips of the World Health Organization Food Pyramid recommend first cereals and then vegetables and fruit at the base of our nutrition, giving animal foods, refined sugars and fats an increasingly marginal role. 3 THE GENESIS OF THE WORLD S MOST ANCIENT FOOD ( WHOLE ) The issues related to food intolerances and allergies are increasingly present from school age onwards equally affecting male and female population. The levels of animal-origin food consumption in the most advanced societies has currently reached the threshold of NON sustainability both for the planet and for human health. This led us to develop products of exclusively vegetable origin that are free of gluten, lactose, sucrose, food dyes, cholesterol etc. and which can represent an alternative to the consumption of milk and dairy products, and of foods containing allergens. Comforted by major studies of universities such as Harvard and other research, we have developed and patented foods using healthy organic whole rice, grown and processed in Italy. The whole rice is germinated with spring water in a plant located in the park of Lessinia, thus enhancing its already known nutritional properties. Once sprouted, the brown rice is machined with thermal cycling and squeezed in water until it becomes a good vegetable whole milk called Bio SuRice (Sprouted Brown Rice). This Matrix Plus offers protein vitamin and amino acid nutritional properties similar to those of a mother s milk and, to our surprise, we found that the ideal food for a growing human infant comes close to what it takes to grow a small cereal sprout and in particular to a Rice Sprout. In addition, from in-depth studies carried out on cells, we also discovered significant Regenerating, Repairing, Soothing and Decongestant activity on the human cells stressed in vitro. The Sprouted Brown Rice is also processed into healthy Vegetable / Vegan food such as our first cheese substitutes or as an ingredient in delicious ready meals. The development of this project will also include a line of sweets and spreads containing no milk, eggs, sucrose or added sweeteners, 100% vegan. All our ingredients are provided with organic certification and can, with good reason, fit into a healthy daily diet, as they do not contain any chemicals and allergens that might cause intolerances, allergies or allergic shocks.
