1 Ingredients by Recipe Veggie Noodle Soup - Thermobexta 150g brown onion, quartered 2 garlic cloves (10g) 200g carrot, sliced 200g celery, sliced 20g extra virgin olive oil 950g water 150g zucchini, diced 70g odds-and-ends vegetable stock paste 100g angel hair pasta, snapped in half 20-30g fresh chives or spring onion, finely sliced 1 tightly packed Tbsp lemon thyme, leaves (remove any woody stems before measuring) pepper The Perfect Lasange Recipe Community 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 2 carrots 30 g oil 500 g minced meat, Half beef, half pork 400 g chopped tomato, canned 30 g tomato paste 1 cube vegetable stock 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp oregano, dried 50 g Butter 80 g flour 600 g milk 1.5 tsp salt 150 g cheese, Mix of Tasty & Parmesan Fresh lasagna sheets Chilli Lime Chicken - Skinnymixers 15 g fresh ginger, sliced into round coins 3 garlic cloves, peeled 2 tsp of skinnymixer's roasted chilli sauce or 1 large red chilli, deseeded ½ tbsp stock concentrate juice of 1 whole lime, plus extra to serve 4 drops of liquid stevia (or substitute for other liquid sweetener) 400 g chicken breast, thinly sliced 400 g broccoli florets

4 Chicken & Cashew Satay with Coconut Rice Quirky Cooking 300g - 400g chicken breasts or thighs 1-2 cloves garlic 1-2 cms fresh ginger a couple of tablespoons of tamari or soy sauce a splash of sesame oil 450g coconut cream (1 tin) 750g water 400g basmati rice some thin wedges of onion 2 stalks of celery, leaves removed, thinly sliced 2 carrots, thinly sliced broccoli, small pieces green beans chinese cabbage, thinly sliced boy choy, thinly sliced red (and/or green) capsicum, thinly sliced snow peas shallots, sliced and sprinkled on top some sesame seeds a handful of cashews (roasted or raw) a dash of sesame oil (or Coconut Oil) a dash of tamari (or soy sauce) a couple of handfuls of raw cashews 1 inch of fresh red chilli (or more if you like it hotter) a good handful of fresh parsley or coriander 2 cloves of garlic 1 inch of fresh ginger a couple of tablespoons of tamari (or soy sauce) 1 teaspoon of Rapadura (optional) a tablespoon of chicken stock paste (or vege stock paste) Tips: Try and use a Local Butcher and Produce Store, Buy some Dry Goods in bulk. This will save you. (These volumes are based off the recipe, if you have a large family to feed, increase volumes).
