1 MENU Rice, salad, mango chutney and raita are included in all main dishes as well as traditional Bengali home cooking. Shanti has a low fat cuisine concept, i.e. we hardly use any butter or cream in our cooking (up to 5 %). Vegetable oil, Turkish yoghurt and coconut milk have instead a significant role. Zahl Maser Korma (1 chili) 210:- Shrimps and chunks of salmon and cod with chili and coriander in a korma sauce with cashew nuts. Fish Biryani 210:- Fish Biryani is a festive dish that we eat in Bangladesh during feasts. The dish consists of fried seasoned rice with salmon and is garnished with a boiled egg, a fish kofta and a traditional Bengali sauce. Served with the yoghurt drink mint lassi. Hot Indi Fish (2 chilies) 210:- Seasoned rice with cod fillet, habanero, cumin, ginger, lime & herbs cooked in a Kerala-way.

3 Tandoori grill Sizler The tandoori dishes are prepared in a circular clay oven, which is called tandoori and reaches over 400 degrees Celsius. Sizlar is the cast iron plate our tandoori dishes are served on. Included in all of our tandoori dishes are fried vegetables, rice, salad, chutney & raita. Honey & Soya Chicken 190:- Shredded chicken leg fillet in a wok cooked with mushrooms, coriander, honey, cumin, soya and garlic garnished with cashew nuts. 7 Lamb All of our casseroles have chunks of fillets from whole lamb steaks. In Bengali and Indian cooking the lamb curries contain lamb chops with bones to extract more flavor.
