We know that weddings need to be both personal, and just perfect, so we have a number of options for you, including a four course fine dining wedding breakfast, a family service sharing style lunch, a luxury barbecue, or perhaps a quintessentially British afternoon tea or picnic. We subscribe to the Holy Grail of Gastronomy, the triple SSS, Seasonal, Sustainable and Sourced locally, adding a dash of creativity to fresh ingredients, we devise bespoke menus that match your event perfectly. Sometimes our couples want to bring in different ethnic influences into the food and drinks, such as some Spanish Tapas, Caribbean Creole or Moroccan Tagines. We work with chefs from all over the world who can work with us to design a menu just for you.

5 PB Event Team Team PB, the PenniBlack creatives, are hand picked for their unique qualities and experience. The feeling of professionalism, enthusiasm and creativity shines through from the office to the kitchen to the front of the house event team, ensuring every event is executed with careful attention to detail to meet and exceed our couples bespoke visions and expectations. We will provide you with a dedicated event manager, who is there to oversee the day, who will work with you alongside our wedding co ordinator, to discuss the finer details of the service, walk through the venue with you, and make sure no little touch goes unmissed. On the big day itself, the manager brings a pool of our regular, trained, waiting and bar staff, who ensure the smooth running and attention to detail.

6 Our Drinks At PenniBlack we want you to relax and enjoy your event, so please let us arrange all your drinks. We can supply exotic cocktails, a selection of beers and spirits, our exclusive wines and after-dinner tipples. Our wine suppliers travel the world tasting the finest wines and bringing them back for us to serve to our clients. We have a carefully-chosen wine list, however, if you have a specific wine, beer, liqueur or cocktail in mind, we will gladly source it for you. PenniBlack offer wine tastings to match your menu. All wine comes on a sale and return basis by the bottle We take the pressure off you by arranging delivery. Quality wines at affordable prices, we can find a wine to suit your taste and budget to complement your meal. Full cash bar options are available or we can bring a fabulous cocktail bar accompanied by professional cocktail staff.
