The winery is a producer of 4 levels of AOC Chablis: Petit Chablis (160 Ha), Chablis (700 Ha), Chablis 1er Cru (390 Ha) and Chablis Grand Cru (11 Ha). Their flagship wine is Château Grenouilles Chablis Grand Cru. Bourgogne Chardonnay Pale yellow color with green glints. Developed bouquet of white-fleshed fruit and flowers. Rich in the mouth with a fresh and fruity finish. Saint Bris Variety: Sauvignon Blanc Light colored and brilliant white wine. The first nose is dense, full and rich with aromas of white fruit, light spice and floral notes. Very full, silky and dense in the mouth with a fine mineral quality. When airing, the wine offers more complexity and a hint of flowers and ripe fruits. Round palate with a fine texture, lightly mineral and an assumed fresh maturity. On aeration, the ensemble takes off in a vapor of finesse and complexity accompanied by fruity, floral and chalky notes. The mineral finish processes fine acidity. Lots of volume in the mouth with a very noticeable, fresh elegant and dynamic flavor of white fruit accompanied by a pure, fine minerality that is quite dazzling. Very good potential. Chablis 1er Cru - Mont de Milieu Chablis 1er Cru - Montée de Tonnerre Pale yellow color. Fully-loaded aromatic palate of ripe fruit, vanilla and fine mineral reduction. On aeration the minerality has even more impact. Remarkable maturity in the mouth. A truly outstanding wine. Pale yellow color with silver sheen, the wine is crystal clear. The first impression in the bouquet is deliciously floral; it reveals itself slowly and endlessly. The aromatic intensity builds with aeration, while adding freshness and some mineral reduction.
