1 AN INVITATION TO GOOD HEALT & LONGIVITY! Reversitall (Patent pending) Clinically Proven to Reduce Cell Oxidation, Increases S.O.D., and DNA Health Protection Ingredient Profile Introduction: Stilbenes - a phytoalexin natural compound, produced by the grapevine as part of their defense system against disease and infection. Reversitall is a unique extract containing Stilbenes, including Resveratrol, and the newly discovered molecule ε-viniferin extracted from a blend of red wine, red grape, grape cluster stems, and grapevine. New scientific discovery reveals that, these combined ingredients create a highly antioxidative supplement, with research and evidence of higher efficacy and performance of just the supplement of Resveratrol along. In addition to Resveratrol, grapevine extract contains additional molecules and polyphenol nutrients, which are not found in red wind, grape skin and/or polygonum cuspidatum. These molecules are part of Oligostilbenes and can play a significant role against oxidation, and the development of atherosclerosis, protects lipoproteins from oxidative damage and to have cancer chemo preventive activity (Vitrac, Xavier, JAFC-2005). Reversitall is the newest nutraceuticals ingredient offering the best health and anti-aging benefits; and is clinically proven to reduce cell oxidation, stimulate SIRT-1 enzyme activities, deliver higher anti-oxidant activities, and increases SOD (super oxide dismutase) activities by 35% compared to polygonum cuspidatum (also known as Japanese Knotweed). THE HISTORY OF WINE Wine consumption can be traced as early as 5000 BC when development began around the Caspian Sea and spread to Egypt, Europe, Mexico, Argentina and South America. In 1769, the first vineyard was created in San Diego, California, however, the health benefits of red wine have been recognized for centuries starting with doctors who recommended wine to purge fever, disinfect and dress wounds, as diuretics, or for nutritional supplements. In the last 20 years extensive research has been conducted on the various benefits of red wine and grapes, providing what generations before us have known all along. 1
2 RED WINE AND RESVERATROL Red wine and grapes contain a cretin compound called Resveratrol. Clinical and statistical evidence as well as laboratory studies have shown it to boost the immune system, block cancer formation, and possibly protect against heart disease contributing to prolonged life. It is also a rich source of antioxidants which aid in increasing HDL good cholesterol and prevent LDL bad cholesterol from forming. This occurs as a result of Resveratrol ability to inhibit the oxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids found in low-density lipoproteins (LDL). According to Access Science Oxidized lipoproteins provide a permissive environment for atheroma (yellowish plaque in the arterial inner wall) formation and platelet aggregation, thereby fueling the process of atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease. Resveratrol regulates nitric oxide (NO) production, to keep vascular damage lower as increased levels of NO can create inflammatory responses that contribute to the development of atheromatous plaques. ON-GOING RESEARCH Currently, the amount of research being conducted on Resveratrol is steadily growing and in every study the outcome is clear Resveratrol has enormous health benefits. It is a possible answer to the well-known French paradox that has shown their diet to be high in fat yet they have a low rate of cardiovascular disease. This could be explained by the fact that the French drink a glass of red wine with every meal. Further explanation shows that the Resveratrol found in red wine triggers a biological response in mammals that is similar to that observed with caloric restriction, an intervention that is known to extend life span and protect against age-related diseases. NEW RESEARCH SHOWS THAT RESVERATROL SUPPLEMENT ALONG MAY NOT BE SUFFICIENT It is important to note that studies have shown that taking Resveratrol alone may not be enough. According to Dr. Xi Zhao-Wilson, PhD, Resveratrol is derived from natural plant extracts and usually in a mixture with many other molecules. In order to obtain the optimal bioavailability and synergistic action of Resveratrol, some of the other molecules that make up the stilbenes may be needed. Reversitall offers a combination of all necessary molecules creating a natural environment wherein Resveratrol can be more effective. Reversitall contains an important nutrients not found in wine especially Trans- ε- Viniferin or (E)- ε-viniferin is a natural phenolic compound (a resveratrol dimer) that, like trans-resveratrol or (E)-Resveratrol [3,4,5-trihydroxy-trans-stilbene], is present in Vitis vinifera grapevine. Unlike trans-resveratrol, which in vitro, ex-vivo and in vivo experiments; ε-viniferin shown a number of biological activities including antiinflammatory, antioxidant, platelet antiaggregatory and anticarcinogenic properties (for reviews, see, e.g., Aggarwal et al., 2004; Alarcón de la Lastra and Villegas, 2005; Delmas et al., 2005; Olas and Wachowicz, 2005; Orallo, 2005; Orallo, 2006; Ulrich et al., 2005). This newly discovered molecule, ε-viniferin has been reported to induce apoptosis of leukemia B-cells (Billard et al., 2002; Quiney et al., 2004), to exhibit hepatoprotective activity in cultured rat hepatocytes (Oshima et al., 1995), to inhibit human cytochrome 2
3 P450 enzymes (Piver et al., 2003). ε-viniferin shows the best antioxidant capacity compared with Resveratrol (Privat et al., 2002). Clinical Research Phase I Reversitall ingredient is the subject of three (3) years plan to conduct on-going clinical research to establish the long term health benefits and to demonstrate through science the efficacy of reducing cell oxidation. PHASE I COMPLETED 2008 A 30 DAYS CONTROLED PLACEBO STUDY RESULTS: Reversitall ingredient shows positive antioxidant activities in blood serum, demonstrates to reduce cell oxidation, proves to deliver higher anti-oxidant activities, and increased SOD by 35% compared to polygonum cuspidatum (also known as Japanese Knotweed). The study was conducted on 50 subjects, divided into 5 groups of 10 each. One control group received no treatment, one placebo group was treated with sugar water, one group received 95% Resveratrol extracted from Polygonum Cuspidatum, one group received a mixture of red wine and grape extracts, and one group received Reversitall extracts. Blood samples were taken daily and examined for cell oxidation and SOD activities. At the end of the 30 day trial, the control group and placebo group showed no change, the other groups all showed anti-oxidant activities, and Reversitall exhibited the highest anti-oxidant activities and increased SOD by 35% compared with other two. CONCLUSION - The study concluded that Reversitall demonstrates a high profile of antioxidant activities, and when the supplement is taken on a daily basis, it is clinically and scientifically proven to reduce cell oxidation in blood serum The SOD in erythocytes extract Before/After given the bromobenzene A B C D E Before given the bromobenzene After given the bromobenzene Fig.2. 4 SIRT1 Activity, Ratio to C PHASE II Completed 2008 Reversitall STIMULATE SIRT1 ENZYME Recent clinical studies show that Reversitall natural ingredients reverse oxidative damage to cells, having the ability to stimulate and activate SIRT1 enzyme. Laboratory studies reveal that reducing cell oxidation and repairing DNA damage will have a substantial impact on extending cellular lifespan. Reversitall research and study was conducted at the same laboratory that both discovered the ability of Resveratrol to stimulate SIRT1 and collaborated with Scientists at Harvard Medical School and Brown in to demonstrate that Resveratrol has remarkable effects of calorie restriction linked to delay aging in all species tested from single cell organisms to primates: which may increase their life spans up to 70%. The laboratory performs various testes on various samples of Reversitall, at various concentrations for SIRT1 activation properties. The testing was done in two phases and the testing demonstrated the ability of Reversitall in stimulating SIRT1 activity. SIRT1 Activity Experiment: September 10, Sample Sample 3 1 Sample ['Reversitall'] (Samples 1-3), mg/l Reversitall result of activating SIRT1 at a low dose of 450 mg In addition to SIRT1 activation by resveratrol, Reversitall ingredients exhibited another SIRT1 activator, thought to be from trans- ε-viniferin. Trans- ε-viniferin is found in the cane, vine, and stems of the grape (not found in wine), and is believed to have benefits beyond that of Resveratrol along.. 4
5 Reversitall EFFECT TO PROLONG SELF LIFE OF FRUIT, REMARKABLE WATER RETENTION, AND ADD-VALUE NUTREINTS Fruits and agriculture products are exposed to pathogen s attack and natural biological processes of deterioration during storage.
