Good wine glasses will be style-specific and will greatly increase the flavours of the wine, leading to a much more enjoyable experience. Sparkling Wine should be served in a flute to enhance and prolong the production of bubbles. 18 34 35 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE CONTACT DETAILS 100Proof Wine Essentials Spring/ Summer /18 100Proof Wine Essentials Program is only available to On-Premise venues and is offered for a commitment to pour/ list the selected wines for a minimum period of 6 months from the signature date. The points program must also gain at least one Sauvignon Blanc and/or one Shiraz being poured over this period to qualify. Wines within the program can be changed by the venue from the selected range over the commitment period. The Wine Essentials POS items will be offered at the commencement of the program based on the continuance of supply of the selected wines through the designated wholesaler. This list of POS items may change over the period of the promotion. All prices shall be those referred to in the Company s price lists, prepared quotes and / or specific arrangements and shall be subject to change via one month s notice. All discounts that are provided by 100Proof suppliers are subject to change via one month s notice. The additional pouring discounts are not available to supplier contracted venues and are subject to the standard terms of conditions of the wholesaler partners. The selected pour and wine list products must only be supplied to the venue through a 100Proof wholesaler. If venues do not pour or list any of the selected products for any period during this agreement s timeframe, then the agreement may be cancelled. Property and all the goods supplied shall remain vested in 100Proof and shall not pass to the Customer until the period has been completed in full. Any unused points from this promotion will expire on the 1st of July Proof may demand at any time, until title has passed to the Customer, that the Customer returns the goods or any part of them. The agreement can be revised or cancelled by either party subject to one month s notice period.
