2 Spectrum Catering, Concessions, & Events By way of introduction, we are Spectrum Catering, Concessions and Events located just north of Houston in The Woodlands, Texas. Spectrum is celebrating 27 successful years serving the PGA Tour; we are very excited to be returning to the Charles Schwab Challenge in Your tournament is steeped in tradition and it is our goal to be good stewards of that tradition. My name is Melanie Parker, and I will be your primary hospitality contact for all things food and beverage. On the following pages you will find customized menu options and important dates. It is my goal to make your order process simple and seamless. Each menu can be tailored to meet your budget so please feel free to make any special requests. Please note that all food and beverage purchases will be subject to a 19% service charge and applicable sales tax. Please know this is a rain or shine sporting event. FOOD SELECTION Menu preferences and quantities for each day: Wednesday, May 22 nd Sunday, May 26 th. BEVERAGES Your choice of service. See beverage service options on the following pages.

5 Important Dates Friday, May 3 rd All orders must be submitted via or phone. Upon receiving your order, a contract will be sent for your review and approval. A credit card will be required at that time for our files. The card WILL NOT be charged without your authorization. Friday, May 10 th Full payment of quotation and final guaranteed guest counts are due. Changes can occur up to 72 hours before the specific tournament day, at which time the guaranteed guest count can increase, but no decreases will be accepted. Increases and day of add-on s can be accommodated at published pricing plus 25%. Final Invoice, June 24 th The balance of payment including taxes will be due. Any requests for modification to final invoice must be received within ten days of receipt of invoice. Unpaid balances will be subject to a 1½ % service charge per month.

14 Á La Carte Beverages & Bars All bars are inventoried daily No self serve bars are permitted Taxes and service charges to be applied. Prices are exclusive of a 19% service charge on Hosted Bars and Liquor purchased by the bottle. All cash bars, and venues without food service (bars only) are subject to a $ per day bartender/labor fee per bar. To insure responsible bar service, security, and integrity of such, it is Spectrum s company policy not to employ special request bar staff in hospitality venues. There is a $ minimum guarantee per bar position, per day for cash bar clients. Last call will be given at 6:00 pm. Should you desire to continue service after 6:00 pm there will be an additional fee of $50.00 per hour plus any additional food and beverage expenses incurred.
