Parent Teacher Conferences, NO SCHOOL, Trunk Treat at Osage, 6-8pm Save the Date-Grandparents and Grandfriends Day FROM THE CLINIC Just a friendly reminder that should your child have any contagious, diagnosed condition such as strep, pink eye, etc. your child needs to stay home the recommended time as stated from the doct. Those with fevers, vomiting diarrhea need to be symptom free f 24 hours befe returning to school. Please refer to pg. 37 of the Family Handbook as a guide and infm the school should your child be diagnosed with an illness. Proceeds go to Catholic Charities to help hurricane victims. We are needing volunteers to wk 2-4 hr. shifts. From movies to good books to music, we are constantly spending money on entertainment. Don t fget to use SCRIP to make those purchases so that those dollars do double duty. Movie theaters, book stes and I-tunes are available f SCRIP purchase (just to name a few). Visit to register and to start finding ways to make your entertainment dollars do me f you than just entertain! Visit our dedicated team in the front lobby every school day from 7:30-8:30am to purchase SCRIP gift cards to ask any questions News and Notes from the Athletic Department The first DPL Cross Country meet is this Saturday, October 7th at Nbuck Park. Good luck to all the Eagle runners this weekend! 4 ASCS Saintly Notes October 04, 2017 PAYMENT$ IN RENWEB Payments f school charges that may include Eagles Aftercare, Elective Fees, and Athletic Fees are paid in Renweb. The difference this year is all charges and payments are processed in FACTS. Once in Renweb click on the FACTS link f all family billing. The next screen will provide an option to make a payment. If you need detail on the charges click on the FACTS HOME link. If you have any questions on charges payments please contact Laura Olson. Golf Tournament Join us f the 4 th annual Eagle Swings golf tournament benefitting our school. The tournament will be held at Canyon Creek Country Club on Tuesday, October 17. Check in will start at 10 am and golf will begin at 11 am with a shotgun start. Not a golfer, join us as a social member when golfing concludes at 3 p.m. Golfing participants ($135 per player/$500 per foursome) will receive lunch, dinner, beer, golf, golf gift bag, and cigar. Social members ($50) will receive dinner, beer, and cigar. Register f the event by visiting Monday Mning Prayer Group Our prayer group has reverted to meeting on Monday mnings so as not to interfere with Friday Mass. It is right after drop-off, in the chapel. If you have any prayer requests, please let Liz (in the front office) know. This week we are praying f Mrs. Windisch and Mrs. Hernandez. We are also praying f all those affected by recent natural disasters. Please pray f those who have died this week. May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. High School Info Ursuline Academy is offering a new event this year. Meet the Administrats Coffee is an infmative session where prospective families can meet the Administration and learn me about Ursuline Academy.
