2 Treat Your Employees to an experience beyond the basic picnic at a park. Enjoy a fun filled, over-the-ocean picnic with unlimited familyfun rides, challenging midway games with cool prizes and delicious BBQ all mixed with sun, ocean breezes and spectacular views on the historic Santa Monica pier. Our Event Pavilion can accommodate up to 350 people. All Event Packages Include: Unlimited rides all day and night on the event day $10 Game Play per person Fully catered, delicious BBQ buffet by Bristol Farms catering - All you can eat! Use of a private, tented picnic area for 2-4 hours (depending on event date & time) Bottles of water and canned sodas for duration of the event Friendly, on-site Event Coordinator to manage all the details of your event Chef and Buffet Attendants Event Pavilion set up and clean up Free PA System use, upon request Optional Add-Ons, including add l Game Play, Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Funnel Cakes, Dippin Dots, Bar Service and more available Please Note: There is a $12k minimum for catered picnics/events % CA sales tax and venue rental fee based on season and number of guests will be added to all packages. Catering Policies Children 3 and under are free All charges are based upon the minimum revenue guarantee vs. returned wristbands, whichever is greater 50% deposit is required to confirm your event date Consignment Program Would you like to offer your employees a cost-free benefit? Call Open Bar $32 per guest for up to 4 hours Includes call liquors (i.e., Absolut vodka, Cuervo Gold tequila, etc.), Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet wines along with domestic and imported beer selection. Well Open Bar $27 per guest for up to 4 hours Includes well liquors, Chardonnay and Merlot wines and domestic beer selection. Premium Hosted Beer & Wine Bar $24 per guest for up to 4 hours Includes Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet wines and imported beer selection. Hosted Bar By Running a Tab One tab is calculated and added to your final bill. You may limit this option by serving just beer and wine or beer, wine and well drinks, or establishing a set dollar amount. Minimums apply for this option. Bar set-up fee is $350 per bar. *Staff is an additional charge. The number of bartenders required depends on the number of guests. $195 per bartender and 10.25% CA sales tax will be added to final bar bill.

9 PICNIC/ EVENT ENHANCEMENTS Pacific Park offers the following additional enhancements to make your picnic / event extra special: Game Play Cards for our Midway Games Your guests can redeem game play money for game play at any of our midway games for a chance to win fun, cool prizes! For every $5 purchased in game play, receive $1 free! Game price range between $2 - $5. Ice Cream Novelty Cart $6.00 per person; all guests can enjoy unlimited ice cream novelty bars for 1½ hours. Popcorn or Cotton Candy Vouchers $3.00 each; these vouchers can be redeemed for treats at our themed carnival carts. Churro Vouchers $5.00 each; these vouchers can be redeemed for a churro at our churro cart. Fun Cards Available in any dollar amount. Guests can use the card to enjoy anything in the Park. 11 Fast facts Event Space & Capacity Seaside Pavilion: Pacific Park Exclusive Use: up to 350 guests up to 2,000 guests Park Buy Out Fees & Event Costs Exclusive Park buy out fees are based on chosen dates, event hours and guest counts and are custom tailored. Reserving a Date A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the anticipated total bill for the event is due to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due three days prior to the date of the event. Any additions or overages will be billed after the event. Parking There is parking for your guests on and adjacent to the Pier. Parking rates vary between $6 and $15 depending on the season and day of the week. For pre-paid parking permits or information contact the City of Santa Monica at Food and Beverage Regulations No food and/or beverage may be brought into the Park without prior written approval from our event department. Pacific Park may charge an applicable service charge and/or corkage fee on such items. All food and beverage items must be consumed in Pacific Park and may not be removed off Park premises. Outside Vendors All outside vendors must meet with an event supervisor no later than two weeks before the event, to coordinate delivery times, set-up locations, pick-up schedules, etc. Scheduled deliveries may be made the day of the event only, as the Park has limited storage facilities. Please note that all deliveries must be pre-approved by the Park s event department. The Pier has limited/ restricted delivery times. Facility Nothing may be posted, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to the walls, floors, game buildings, rides or other parts of the Park or surroundings. All decorations, promotional materials, supplies, rental equipment, etc., must be pre-approved by the event department and removed immediately following the event. The Park is not responsible for any materials or equipment left behind. Music & Entertainment The Park must approve all entertainment selections in advance. All band and entertainment personnel must meet with a Park event supervisor to review their electrical, lighting and other requirements at least two weeks before the event. Any amplified music may be subject to volume control at the discretion of the event coordinator or security staff. Sound must face west.

From Los Angeles, take the I-10 West, exit right on 4 th /5 th St. Stay on 5 th St. Turn right at light, then turn left on Colorado to Pier. From the San Fernando Valley or South Bay, take the 405 Fwy. to the I-10 West, then follow the above directions. Film Location: Pacific Park frequently serves as the backdrop for popular television shows, feature films, commercials and still photography.
