6 MACK BY MACKMYRA Volume: 70 cl Alc./vol.: 40 %. American oak MACK by Mackmyra is a artisanal single malt whisky made from only Swedish ingredients. MACK is great in cocktails but also on its own, straight or on the rocks. It is a flavourful whisky with a bright, fresh character and notes of vanilla, pear and citrus. In MACK we have added caramel colouring. The nose is fruity and elegant, with aromas of citrus and pear. It has a soft touch of vanilla oak and a slight spiciness, with herbal notes of anise, mint and vanilla. The palate is fresh and fruity with a spicy character of pear, citrus and a soft touch of vanilla oak. AFTER Short with notes of sugar, vanilla and spicyness.

The nose is clean with light, spicy notes. Clear fruitiness with butterscotch, citrus and pear. Prominent notes are liquorice and mint. The palate is fruity and slightly smoky while the aftertaste is fruity and slightly spicy. Enjoy Brukswhisky as it is, with or without ice, on any occasion. Butterscotch, citrus, pear, licorice, banana and mint. Fresh fruity and peppery with a spicy taste of toffee. AFTER Spicy oak and apple pie whilst remaining light and nimble.

8 SVENSK EK Volume: 70 cl Alc./vol.: 46,1 %. Swedish oak ex-bourbon Svensk ek has a spicy character giving notes of sandalwood, dried ginger, black pepper, roasted oak and herbs. The spicy aromas that comes from aging in casks of Swedish oak are complemented by fruity undertones with hints of vanilla, toffee, caramel and honey. 10% of the bottle s contents is aged in casks of Swedish oak for a minimum of 18 months. Fruity with citrus, pear, apple and honey. A light oakiness with sweet, lightly toasted bread notes and fresh butter toffee. Svensk Ek has a spicy character giving notes of sandalwood, dried ginger, black pepper, roasted oak barrel and herbs to our whisky. Fruity and smooth with citrus, caramel and honey. A light oakiness can be discerned at the end. AFTER The aftertaste is finaly tuned and balanced with hints of dark chocolate.

9 SVENSK RÖK Volume: 50 cl Alc./vol.: 46,1 %. American oak, Swedish Oak, ex-bourbon and casks saturated with Oloroso. Cask sizes from litres. In Sweden we have used juniper to season our food for generations. Now you can enjoy the timeless flavor of juniper smoked intertwined with that of Swedish peat, both of which our used to dry our floor-malted barely. The aroma is slightly smoky and spicy, with a much smokier flavour and peaty juniper notes. Together, the flavors unites in a quite unique Swedish flavor. Svensk Rök (Swedish Smoke) is the only smoky single-malt whisky made on Swedish ingredients only. The nose is slightly smoky and spicy with aromas of peat, juniper, vanilla, caramel, citrus, pears and raisins. Spicy oak notes of toasted bread and anise. Smokier on the nose with smoky, peaty, juniper notes. Dry, oaky aromas found with light tobacco leaves and herbs. A slight saltiness with minerals, anise and green fruits. AFTER Slightly dry and smoky with notes of oak, salt and herbs.

10 SVENSK RÖK / AMERIKANSK EK Volume: 70 cl Alc./vol.: 46,1 %.. New American Oak The flavour of the smoke in Svensk Rök (Swedish smoke) is inspired by the old tradition of seasoning and preserving food by infusing it with juniper smoke. In this second and limited edition of Svensk Rök, we have aged our smoky recipe exclusively in new casks of American oak. This gives the whisky prominent notes of vanilla and herbs a welcome contrast to the bold notes of peat, juniper and tar. Smoke, spiciness, oak, fruits and herbs. Notes of peat, juniper, toasted oak and vanilla followed by a smoky and spicy aroma with saltiness, minerals, tobacco leaves, light tariness. Arrak treats, pear fudge, ginger and vanilla. Peat, juniper, salt, definitively more smoky than what the nose is implying. A pleasent oaky spciness with vanilla, toasted oak, pickled figs and pear fudge. The texture is medium thick with oaky chewy notes. AFTER Spicy, smoky and oaky with notes of tar, tobacco leaves, bright notes of pickled figs and pear fudge.

11 MOTÖRHEAD Volume: 70 cl Alc:/vol: 40,0 % New American Oak To celebrate 40 years of eardrum crushing, Motörhead Whisky was released in collaboration with beverage partner Brands For Fans and award-winning Swedish distillery Mackmyra. The uncompromising attitude that characterises the band s music is also obvious in Motörhead Single Malt Whisky: Bourbon influences up front, it s an alert and vital - in your face - perfectly balanced whisky with nice caramel and typical vanilla notes from New American Oak. Fruity, nutty and spicy oak barrels with aromas of vanilla and almond, citrus and dried fruit. Spicy and herby aromas of tobacco and anise. Spicy, fruity, slightly nutty and herbaceous character of citrus, tobacco leaves, almonds and vanilla oak barrels. AFTER Rich syrupy spiced sultanas.

12 TEN YEARS Volume: 70 cl Alc:/vol: 46,1 % New American Oak New American Oak (Oloroso-aged) Ex-bourbon Mackmyra Ten Years is a limited edition single-malt whisky that has been matured for over ten years in high-quality bourbon, oloroso and new American oak casks. This whisky has an elegant character with notes of vanilla, green fruits, caramel and smooth, round oak. Ten Years can be enjoyed before or after dinner. Spicy with berries and fruits, flowery notes, round oak and aromas of dried fruit and herbs. Spicy and fruity with round oak, vanilla, raisins and anise. The texture is medium thick. AFTER Ligers with berries, fruit and spiciness, round oak and gently vinous notes.

Pedro Ximénes Sherry 1st fill 30-liter Mackmyra Reserve Mackmyra Skördetid (Harvest) is a Swedish single malt whisky, partially aged in Masi Costasera Amarone casks. The result is a whisky of great flavour and color with sweet, rich and fruity notes of red grapes, raisins and soft, herbal spiciness. Spicy, fruity and herbal with warm vinous notes of grapes and a hint of minerals. Rounded oak notes of vanilla and aromas of anise, ginger raisins, pear fudge and vanilla. Fruity and spicy with dried fruits, pear and raisin, ginger and vanilla. The texture is creamy and medium thick. AFTER Fruity, spicy and oaky with warm notes of raisin.

PX New American Oak: 128 L Virgin / 1st fill / saturated w. Oloroso Mackmyra Gruvguld (Gold from the Mine) has been aged in small casks of 30, 100 and 128 litres, in the Bodås Mine, 50 metres below ground. This whisky is a tribute to our powerful 30-litre casks that have been used for maturation since we began distilling. More than half of the whisky for this bottling has been aged in barrels of this size. They re made of different oak types and use different finishes including Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry. The spirit is mainly unpeated however the addition of a few casks of smoky whisky enhances the rich spiciness. Spicy with berries, fruits and light oily notes. Toasted notes of vanilla, oak and caramel fudge. A light warm and oaky spiciness with a hint of tar and mineralities. Sweet notes of raisin, marzipan, citrus and pear drop. Blackcurrant notes of older whisky are found together with spicy and herbal notes of aniseed, ginger and tobacco leaves. Spicy with a nice balance between fruits, berries, oils and oak. Blackcurrant, pear fudge and grapefruit. Pleasant spicy oak with hints of tar and tobacco leaves. The texture has a light oiliness. AFTER Oily and spicy with berries and a light dryness towards the end.

15 MOMENT PRESTIGE Volume: 70 cl Alc:/vol: 46,1 % 1st fill ex-champagne, 225 L. 2nd fill ex-champagne, 250 L 3rd fill ex-champagne, 250 L Moment Prestige is an eleven year-old whisky aged in casks of French oak that previously held wine from the artisinal Champagne producer Philipponnat. When making Champagne, Philipponnat only uses the finest grapes, mainly from Premier and Grand cru vineyards, and then let parts of the wine age on oak casks. These casks bring crisp notes of white wine, grapefruit, bread and toasted oak to the whisky. The youngest part of the whisky has been aged between the years , and the oldest part, wich makes up 40% of the total volume, was aged between the years Fruity, vinous notes and a herbal spici ness together with vanilla, toasted oak, pear fudge, warm grapes, white pepper, anise, ginger and cardemom. Oak and prominent notes of white grapes and grapefruit. Spicy and herbal notes of eucaplyptus, anise and vanilla. The texture is medium thick. AFTER The aftertaste is long with tangible vinous notes of champage that s moving towards dry notes of oak.

16 MOMENT FJÄLLMARK Volume: 70 cl Alc./vol: 42,0 % 1st fill american oak that previously held cloudberry wine, 128 L. 1st fill swedish oak that previously held cloudberry wine, 100 L. 1st fill French oak that previously held cloudberry wine, 100 L., smoky trail 2nd fill ex-bourbon that previously held oloroso wine, 200 L 2nd fill ex-bourbon that previously held Pedro Ximénez sherry, 200 L Moment Fjällmark is an elegant single malt whisky aged in casks that previously held Swedish cloudberry wine, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry. The result is a whisky with a lot of oak and fruitiness together with notes of cloudberry, sweet grapes, vanilla, caramel fudge and white chocolate. The casks used in Fjällmark have been aged for between 8 and 13 years. Fruity, vinous, oaky and spicy with warm butter fudge, white chocolate, sweet grapes and pear fudge, ripe clouberries, almond paste and ginger. subtle notes of tobacco, oiliness, leather, salt and minerals. Very fruity, spicy, distinct notes of oak. Sourish cloudberries with a light saltiness. Toasted oak with spicieness and tobacco leaves. Buttery notes of sherry wine, fudge and vanilla. The texture is medium thick. AFTER The aftertaste is long with notes of oak and spiciness towards the end.

17 MOMENT EFVA Volume: 70 cl Alc:/vol: 46,3 % Ex-Bourbon (30 L 200 L) Oloroso (200 L) American Oak (200 L) Finish: Birch tree wine Cherry wine Moment Efva is an elegant single malt whisky produced from a creative collaboration with jewellery designer, Efva Attling. Following a guided tour at Mackmyra s main storage in Bodås, Efva has together with Master Blender, handpicked some of our finest casks. The 19 casks that caught Efva s attention were mainly Oloroso, American oak and ex-bourbon barrels, a majority of which had been saturated with Swedish birch tree wine. A request to create more prominent sweetness resulted in the use of a cask which had previously stored cherry wine. The result is a sophisticated and fruity whisky, with soft notes of oak and birch, combined with slight spicy tones of red berries. The edition is ornamented with a polished silver cork, designed by Efva. Fruity, spicy, oaky with berries and notes of flowers, red berries, citrus, chocolate, ginger and pear fudge. Fruity, with round notes of oak. Slightly spicy, with tones of red berries, blossom, pear fudge and white pepper. Soft tobacco leaves and vanilla. A light oily texture and medium-bodied. AFTER The aftertaste is long and soft with a spicy finish of berries. malt whisky. We make it in our own way, using local ingredients and no additives. 18 KREATÖR [JIN] Volume: 50 cl Alc:/vol: 47,3 % Kreatör [jin] is an organic gin that s produced to the greatest possible extent with Swedish ingredients that have been carefully chosen, verified and sorted by hand before distillation in copper pot-stills at Mackmyra Bruk. Kreatör [jin] has been developed in collaboration with craft distiller Rickard Aldén at our LAB+Distillery with every bottle featuring a label designed and hand-signed by Rickard himself. BOTANICALS Juniper, lime, grape, lemon, orange, coriander, cardamom, Seville orange, vanilla, pink pepper, cinnamon, ginger, elderberry, anise, lingonberry and raspberry. Swedish forest, juniper and raspberry. Fresh citrus with balanced sweet vanilla and spicy cardamom. Spicy juniper with hints of raspberry, coriander and fresh citrus tones. AFTER Distinct, lingering tones of fresh citrus and juniper.

19 VIT HUND Volume: 50 cl Alc:/vol: 46,1 % Unmatured raw distillate Vit Hund (white dog in Swedish) is the raw material that after cask maturation will become Mackmyra Whisky. This spirit is carefully distilled from our unsmoked barley and gives you an insight into the craftsmanship that goes into our production process. Here you are able to discover the origin of our whisky and experience the character of our locally grown and malted barley that gives a bright fruitiness to our distillate. It s a versatile spirit that s great as a digestif or as a schnapps paired with food and also makes excellent cocktails. Pure and slightly oily with a young fruity, spicy grain note. Plums, green apples and black currant, and a lot of spicy aromas of cereals and malt, toasted bread, vanilla and coconut. Fruity, spicy, slightly oily and soft with notes of malt, anise, mint and plum. AFTER The aftertaste is spicy, fruity and slightly salty.

20 BEE Volume: 50 cl Alc./vol.: 22 % Floral honey Bee is a liqueur made from our whisky and organic honey. The honey is sourced from producers in the area surrounding us and we use dandelion and linden honeys and forest honey with hints of raspberry flowers. The abv of 22% allows the flavour of the honey to shine and Bee can be enjoyed chilled or neat after dinner or paired with dessert. The nose is fruity, berry and complex with notes of honey, cask wood, vanilla and coffee. The palate is delicious and honey sweet with aromas of demerara sugar, vanilla and butterscotch with light cask notes in the background. The aftertaste is slightly honey sweet with notes of almond, coffee and citrus. AFTER The aftertaste is slightly honey sweet with notes of almond, coffee and citrus.

Swedish oak offers a stronger, more spicy taste, unique for Swedish whisky. Svensk Ek is spicy and fruity with hints of tobacco leaves, anise and dried ginger. Moment Svensk EK 2008 is fruity and spicy with hints of vanilla, toasted oak and notes of butterscotch. Reserve Svensk Ek fits in well with elegant or smokey recipes, and provides an absolutely unique Swedish whisky. PROFILE: ELEGANT Our elegant flavour profile originates in our unsmoked barley and casks that previously matured bourbon whisky. Its character can be described as sweet, soft and fruity. Brukswhisky is fruity and well balanced with notes of citrus, butterscotch, vanilla and apple. Ten Years has a elegant character with notes of vanilla, green fruits, caramel and balanced oak. Moment Prestige is aged in casks of French oak that previously held wine from the artisinal Champagne producer Philipponnat. Reserve Bourbon filled with our elegant recipe gives a whisky with notes of vanilla, pear, citrus and caramel. PROFILE: SWEDISH SMOKEY Mackmyra s smokey whisky gets its character from malt which is dried by burning Swedish peat that is seasoned with fresh juniper twigs. Svensk Rök is smokey with hints of oak, anise, tobacco leaf, salt and green fruits. Svensk Rök / Amerikansk Ek is our smoky recipe aged exclusively in new casks of American oak. Moment Medvind is smokey with hints of peat, tar, concentrated sherry and dried fruit. Reserve Bourbon filled with our smokey recipe allows the smokey taste to distinctively stand out. PROFILE: INNOVATIVE FINISH We inquisitively experiment with casks that have become saturated prior to the actual whisky maturation. Previously, we have tried out saturating casks with e.g. coffee beans and Swedish birch wine. Skördetid is partially aged in Masi Costasera Amarone casks with taste of pear and raisin, ginger and vanilla. Moment Fjällmark is fruity, with cloudberries, a light saltiness, fudge and vanilla. Reserve Oloroso filled with the smokey and elegant recipe is a classic that is appreciated by everyone.

Orders of less than 12 bottles or of 12 boxes of miniatures will be subject to a 15 delivery charge excl VAT. 8. Subject to a decision on credit worthiness by Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd the standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise specified and authorised in writing by Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd. Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at 5% above the prevailing Svenska Handelsbanken AB rate on overdue accounts. Credit reference checks will be undertaken upon receipt of a valid account form and at monthly intervals thereafter as long as that entity remains a customer. 9. Any companies that are authorised by Her Majesty s Revenue & Customs ( HMRC ) to supply alcohol under the AWRS regulations will be assessed against Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd s AWRS policy as part of their due diligence processes. The details of Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd s AWRS due diligence code of conduct is available upon request to customers that it would normally be applicable to. 10. A 5% discount will be applied to invoices that are paid in full prior to the delivery of the specific goods described by said invoice. 24 11. Liability for all loss or damage of delivered goods passes to the customer at point of delivery. The point of delivery is the point at which the customer acknowledges by signature of a delivery note or electronic device used by Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd s nominated carrier of goods the receipt of goods specified on the delivery note or other applicable documentation. 12. Damaged or missing goods must be reported to the representative of the haulier or courier at the time of delivery and it is the customer s responsibility to ensure that a written acknowledgment is provided by this person. Claims must then be made in writing by the customer to Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd within 48 hours of the delivery taking place. Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage to goods by third parties. All goods are delivered in line with the obligations of the Road Haulage Association Ltd s Conditions of Carriage 2009 and the UKWA Conditions for Logistics Title to all goods is retained by Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd until such time that payment in full for specified goods and for all contracts with the customer is received. Until that point the customer acknowledges that the goods are held by the customer as a fiduciary bailee. If the customer sells or disposes of the goods it shall do so as an agent for Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd and all proceeds of sale or insurance shall be held by the customer until Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd has been paid in full. Until title passes to the customer Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd and its agents will be entitled to seek recovery of their property from the premises of the customer or any third party where the goods may be stored in order to repossess them. The customer will ensure that whilst the goods remain under the ownership of Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd at all times the goods will insured to their full value against loss or damage. 14. The customer has no authority to enter into any agreement whatsoever with any third partiers on behalf of Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd. 15. The customer acknowledges that the ownership of all rights to the brands remain in the ownership of Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd. The customer may only use the brand in connection with the goods when permitted to do so by Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd. 16. Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd reserve the right to amend and correct all documentation issued by it in the event or administrative or clerical errors within price lists, order acknowledgements, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes or brochures. 17. Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd undertakes all reasonable steps to give notice of these terms and conditions before the commencement of any contract and that the responsibility of acknowledging and understanding these terms and conditions is with the customer or any nominated agent. 18. These conditions and any contract arising between Mackmyra Swedish Whisky Ltd and its customers shall be subject to the jurisdiction of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales.
