Whether your re holding a team meeting, booking space for a tradeshow, merchant fair, or conference, scheduling a board or shareholders update, or conducting off-site interviews - Windmill Golf Group has a facility to meet your needs year-round. All of our facilities offer a variety of seating and table arrangements, professional linens if requires, standard A / V equipment on-site, and complete catering services. Locations Choose from two accessible and convenient event facilities - Bould Creek Golf Course, located at 333 Boulder Creek Drive just south of Calgary in Langdon, AB, and Silverwing Links Golf Course at th Avenue NE. Capacities and room rental rates Rooms can hold up to 350 people standing, and 250 people seated depending on table arrangements. Approximately 30 8 table-top booth spaces can be accomodated for fairs and tradeshows including comfortable walking room. Our room rental rates are very competitve - we work with you to provide the best rate for your budget. Our room rates start as low as $40 for not-for-profit groups! Please inquire about hourly, 1/2 day, full day and recurring rentals. We encourage creative use of our space! 5 Breakfast Perfect for morning presentations or to start your meeting day off right. Not sure how many people will be attending your event? Ask us about our bulk pricing based on a minimum of 30 people. Coffe / tea / water station Make sure your guests are well hydrated! $2.50 per person flat rate for the length of your rental. Add juices for only $1 more per person. Continental breakfast Enjoy whole fruit, yogurt varities on ice, granola, and an included coffee/tea station for $7 per person. Add as assortment of fresh-baked pastries for an extra $2 per person. Hot classic breakfast Your guests will appreciate sausage, home-made scrambled eggs, toast, and an included coffee/tea station. $12 per person. Add bacon or sausage, and / or an assortment of fresh-baked pastries for an extra $2 per person per item. We d be pleased to work with you to create a breakfast selection specific to your audience. We can accmodate most food sensitivites and preferences.

We can accmodate most food sensitivites and preferences. Ask us about additional appetizer, tray and platter options.
7 Lunch and casual dinner If your event take place over the lunch or dinner hour, let us know - we d be pleased to work with you to create a meal selection specific for your needs. Ask us about our extensive hot lunch options including seated, plated hot lunch / dinner selections and hot buffets. Sandwich platters (serves 30 people, $180 per platter) Choose your breads (up to three): white multigrain sourdough tomato tortilla spinach tortilla flour tortilla Choose your filling (up to four): chicken ceasar chicken salad tuna salad roast beef turkey chicken ham vegetarian (sprouts/cucumber) We ll do the rest! Have less people attending your event? Ask us about our half-size platters and individual servings to order. Warmth, crackers and cheese (serves 30 people, $180 per tureen) Choose your favorite soup or chilli - comes with an assortment of breads and crackers for dipping, and a platter of common cheeses. 8 Bar services Our standard bar includes rye, white and dark rum, vodka, various premium spirits, domestic and premium beer, and wine. Choose the bar service that best suits your event: Host Tab Cash Only Partial Host Tab Drink Tickets All liquor ordered is invoiced to the host. Guests pay for their liquor ordered. Partially paid by the host ( toonie or loonie bar). Allocate a number of drink tickets for the host to cover, then offer a cash bar once those have been used. Cash bar pricing Soft Drinks $2.50 Domestic Beer & Highballs $6.00 Premium Beer & Highballs $7.00 Wine (Red & White) $ $9.00/glass $28 - $54/bottle Prices include GST and are subject to 18% Gratuity. Open bar service Includes: 1 hour of open bar for a cocktail hour before dinner. Wine service with dinner. 3 hours of open bar after dinner.

At Silverwing Links and Boulder Creek, we are more than happy to provide any of our equipment that may enhance your event, at no extra cost to you. Projector with HDMI connector Projection screen Wireless microphone Portable ampliiers for microphone or ipod Linens and chair accents, as available, in standard colours If you have banner stands, A / V, or supplies for your event, we re happy to store your belongings and supplies for up to 3 days before your rental to help you coordinate your time.
