3 Group Services HEY CLINKERS! If you have already booked your group's accommodation with us, you might also be interested in some of the group services that we provide. In this booklet you'll find all the info you need regarding food services, transport tickets, bicycle hire and more. We are flexible and can accommodate most special requests, just let us know in advance of your stay. 4 Group Services Coach Drop Off Unfortunately, due to the size of the road, coaches cannot drop off directly outside Clink. Please use the coach drop off marked on the map below. The coach drop off is situated behind the hostel next to Parking Garage Amsterdam. Please make your way to the hostel on foot via the route shown on the map below. Lunch packs 5 (Take-away) Lunch packs are changed daily, so no one day is the same. They are individually portioned and presented in paper bags. Includes: sandwich + fruit + drink FREE breakfast buffet for all groups! Includes: Juices, tea & coffee, assorted breads, jams & spreads, cold cuts, cereals, fresh fruit, warm dish. Take-away breakfast 1 For groups who need breakfast before 7AM or would like breakfast outside the hostel. 10 Group Services Terms + Conditions A FEW POINTS TO CONSIDER WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER Rates may change without prior notice. Please note that we cannot confirm your group services until the money has reached our account. Please make sure to double check your orders. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for incorrect orders. Cancellations have to be ed to groups.noord@clinkhostels.com Cancellations for attractions / tours / nightlife tickets have to be made 30 days before your group s arrival date. All other cancellations have to be made at least 2 weeks before your group s arrival date. We will not be able to give refunds past this time frame. If you have any special dietary requirements, please specify them on your order form (ie. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose intolerant). If any of your group prefer their food especially spicy/mild we can also accommodate - just let us know. We will not accept delivery (at any of our premises) of any packed lunches or tickets ordered through external companies. 10
