5 Lightning Lake Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding or hiking - there is something here for everyone! Have a picnic with your family and friends and soak up the sun. Set up is in the field at the most westerly end of the day use area, just past the Boat House. The view overlooks the lake tucked away into the forested foothills of the surrounding mountains. Group rates for boat rentals are offered. Cascade Lookout Panoramic views of the village-like resort and distant snow-capped peaks from the Lookout. Cascade gives you a sense of the absolute power of these mountains. The setup is in the parking lot area 7km up Blackwall Road, across the highway from the lodge. The road is closed to vehicles during winter. 5

6 Ski Hill The ski hill is a winter wonderland for children and adults alike. Snowboard, ski, cross country ski, toboggan, skate, or tube the Polar Coaster! The gates are closed to the area for the off season, though access to a multitude of hiking and biking trails are open as the snow allows. 6

9 The Cascade Room As the main banquet hall, the Cascade Room is the perfect place to celebrate your day with family, friends, and great food! This room is a versatile space, welcoming and intimate with plenty of natural lighting, yet large enough to accommodate ~90 guests. It is located in the Pinewoods building, next to the Bistro. Tamarack Room The Tamarack Room is on the lower level of the main lodge building. It is wheelchair accessible and comes with a large, pull-down projector screen. A multipurpose room, it can be used as a location for an indoor ceremony and reception or as a hall for your guests to meet in and have a ceremony rehearsal. 9

Located on the lower floor of the Pinewoods building, it is conveniently close to the dining hall and Cascade room.

10 Alpine Room The Alpine Room is a quiet space for a small gathering of your guests to meet in, conveniently located on the upper floor of the main lodge. No food services. Bear s Den Pub The Bear s Den is the perfect place to have your reception! Located on the lower floor of the Pinewoods building, it is conveniently close to the dining hall and Cascade room. A fun venue that showcases the feel of the wilderness, it comes complete with a sound system, projector and screen, television, and dance floor. Guests must be of legal drinking age. 10

Similkameen Room Directly beside the Bear s Den Pub, the neighboring Similkameen Room makes the perfect space to have as a quieter lounge area in which your guests can sit back and relax.

Windy Joe s Hall Windy Joe s Hall is a great place to have a ceremony, rehearsal, get-together or a BBQ with your friends and family. A stand-alone building, Windy Joe s offers a bit of privacy if that s what you re looking for. A fire pit and outdoor patio accompany the hall. Alcoholic beverages are permitted within this building with proof of Liquor License. 11

The Pinewoods has a hearty menu with Manning Park favorites and classic items as well. Enjoy a glass of wine or our famous French Onion Soup. Ask about our daily specials! Country Store The Country Store offers basic supplies, souvenirs, coffee, and great hospitality. 14

Manning Park Resort is a non-smoking facility. Guests are to use designated smoking areas outside of the building(s). As mandated by BC Law, smoking within any resort facility may result in a $ charge. Guests are reminded that pets are not permitted in our main lodge, however pet friendly accommodation is available. Note: Smoke detectors are located in the hallway outside the bathroom. Leaving the door open when the shower is on may cause the smoke alarm to go off. 16

18 The Last Resort The Last Resort is one of the original buildings constructed in Manning Park. A three story structure with a rustic atmosphere, the Last Resort includes 13 bedrooms, each with a unique configuration of beds hosting 2-6 individuals. There are communal washrooms on the first and second floors, and the full kitchen is equipped with 2 stoves, 3 refrigerators, as well as dishes & utensils for up to 50 guests. The Last Resort also includes: Fire place Full kitchen Linens and Bedding For a full layout, please inquire at info@manningpark.com or visit Daily housekeeping services are not provided. However, towels are changed and garbage is picked up daily. Due to the size and complexity of this building, guests should be aware that additional charges may apply. 18
