Ideal for live bands, presentations and panels, luncheons and award dinners, fashion shows and large scale corporate events, this event space has been designed for its versatility to seamlessly transform into any unique experience. A soundproof curtain can be utilised to create a smaller space for a private and intimate feel. Make your event truly spectacular by adding the main bar for a lavish affair up to 400 guests. 5 DINING ROOM BOOTH BOARD ROOM ENTIRE VENUE For a seated occasion, entertain up to 50 guests in our elegant dining room, the perfect setting for a cosy lunch, dinner, presentation or trivia night Relaxed yet refined, our elevated booth offers a private and intimate space for an informal stand up affair for up to 30 guests. Hidden on the first level offering prime views of entertainment stadiums framed by the CBD background, the boardroom hosts meetings during the day and moonlights as a private dining space for up to 20 guests. Take the whole lot! For a larger scale event, we are available for exclusive hire. Live entertainment and styling can be sourced and arranged for you. 10 TERMS & CONDITIONS DEPOSITS & PAYMENT A 50% deposit based on anticipated guest numbers is required to confirm and secure your booking. Please note that should your numbers increase, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your guests in the space allocated. Full payment is required 7 days prior to your event upon confirmation of guest numbers. Cancellations after this time will forfeit the full function amount. Any cancellations less than 28 days prior to your event will forfeit your deposit. FOOD & DRINKS Confirmed food and drink selections, including any guest dietaries, are required 14 days prior to your event. We will always endeavour to look after any special dietary requirements, however cannot guarantee we ll be able to cater for them without prior notice. Final guest numbers are required 7 days prior to your event and will form the basis of minimum charge regardless of attendance at the event. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, discontinue service of alcohol or ask any intoxicated and/or disorderly patrons to leave a function at any time, in accordance to the Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. LOCATION Should a circumstance arise where we are unable to host you in your preferred space, we will notify you as soon as possible and accommodate you in another area of our venue. GUEST ENTRY Please make your guests aware of our dress code and other factors contributing to entry requirements into our venue. DECORATIONS & SUPPLIERS Any theming, decorations, suppliers or entertainment must be preapproved by management. An extra cleaning fee may be charged. AUDIO/VISUAL The function organiser is responsible for checking presentations requiring in-house audio/visual equipment prior to the event day. All noise and sound levels are up the discretion of The Precinct Hotel. DAMAGES The function organiser is responsible for the replacement or repair costs for any fixtures or fittings damaged by guests attending a function.
