We won t bombard you with entertainment, but we will ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing Festive break with good food in warm friendly surroundings. The Hotel overlooks the world famous Carnoustie Championship golf links, home to the Open Championship in 1999, 2007 and most recently You will have full use of our Leisure Club which includes Gym, 17 metre pool, spa, steam room and sauna. 15 RESIDENTIAL CHRISTMAS PACKAGE Sunday 23 rd December Settle into your room then enjoy a three course dinner by our award winning chefs, with entertainment from our magician throughout the evening. Christmas Eve After breakfast you will have the morning at your leisure, before heading through to our afternoon tea in Calder s Bistro with the opportunity to meet other guests. While our local Carnoustie High School Brass band will help you get into the festive spirit before dinner. After dinner simply relax or those who wish can attend one of our local church services before returning to the hotel for a glass of mulled wine. Christmas Day Christmas Day starts with breakfast served from 7.30am until 10am. Then Christmas Day Lunches will be served as per your chosen Christmas Break, either in the Augusta Suite suitable for those with children or in Calder s Bistro suitable for those travelling without children. Menus are available for each break on the Calder s Christmas Day and Family Christmas Day pages. On Christmas night from 7pm 9pm we offer a buffet selection of soup, stovies, sandwiches, wraps and a selection of desserts. There will be a selection of games for the young and the young at heart throughout Christmas Day including a Treasure Hunt around the Hotel. 23 JANUARY SALE XMAS & HOGMANAY RESIDENTIAL 2019 Confirm your 2019 Xmas or Hogmanay package and receive a discount of per person on 2019 prices. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Non-residential reservations require a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit per person. Residential reservations require a 50 per adult non-refundable and non-transferable deposit at the time of booking. Full payment will then be required by the 1st December which is non-refundable. Full pre-payment with final numbers are required a minimum of 14 days prior to your function/stay after which time no reductions to numbers can be made. All payments must be settled as a whole through the organiser and NOT by the individuals. All monies are non-refundable. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Wherever stated in the brochure, pre-selection of your meal is required. If no choice is given, menu choice will be at the discretion of the hotel.
