26 PRICING CONDITIONS CATERING DELIVERED ON STAND Autumn-winter 2016 pricing valid from 12 September 2016 to 13 March 2017 inclusive, subject to change according to changing supplier conditions. LISTED PRICES EXCLUDE DELIVERY AND CURRENTLY APPLICABLE VAT TAXES: 5.5%, 10% and 20%. MINIMUM ORDER PER DELIVERY 75 (excl. tax) and excluding delivery charges for Porte de Versailles, Paris Nord Villepinte and Le Bourget DELIVERY SERVICE 10% du montant hors taxe de la commande, 10% of the order amount (excl. taxes), Elior will only take into account reservations that are expressed by the customer upon delivery and that are listed on the signed delivery slip. In the event of an absence during delivery, the cost for a redelivery will be 20 (excl. tax) for the Porte de Versailles, Paris Nord Villepinte and Le Bourget sites. Deliveries will be carried out within 11/2-hour time slots to be specified during the ordering process: 9:00-10:30 / 10:30-12:00 / 12:00-13:30 / 13:30-16:00. Delivered goods cannot be returned. Eventual delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order, to refuse the goods or to claim damages and interest. PAYMENT TERMS My order is under 600 (excl. tax), I pay for the entire order.
