2 It matters to our milkman. I ve always believed in the need to support & return a profit to the most important stakeholder in the Victorian Dairy Industry, the dairy farmer. The introduction of our new brand The Milk Guys & our recent partnership with Warrnambool Cheese & Butter (WCB) was primarily created to source our Milk from a network of owner operated dairy farms in the Warrnambool District and in turn do our bit to support a community of dairy farmers. Our brand of milk has been crafted by industry specialists to produce the best results in the cafe & restaurant industry. It features 3.5% fat content & standardised protein which improves the frothing of milk & its overall stability. To assist in the transition, we ve dispatched WCB Milk Aficionado s around the city to promote the benefits of using our Milk.
