Policies: To secure your wedding date at LedgeRock we will need a non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 upon booking and will be applied to the final billing.

8 Policies: To secure your wedding date at LedgeRock we will need a non-refundable deposit of $ upon booking and will be applied to the final billing. A signed contract will be required with deposit. A payment schedule will be required based on the estimated charges. 50% of the estimated charges will be due 90 days before the event. Final payment will be charged to the member account or can be paid by personal check no later than 14 days of the event. The Club welcomes outside vendors to assist with enhancing your special event. Please know that it is the responsibility of the host to advise the vendor of our club policies. Vendors are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages on Club property. Musicians must not exceed the required sound levels of the Club and must act in a professional manner. Vendor meals can be provided for an additional fee with advanced planning. The Club must be notified of the number of guests not less than fourteen days prior to the function date. This number will be considered the minimum amount for which the Applicant will be charged even if fewer guests attend. Changes will be accepted to the count not less than 72 hours before the date of the function. The Club requires that all food and beverage be supplied by the Club; no donated food or beverage will be permitted. For banquet buffet events, no food is allowed to leave the premises according to policy mandated by the Pennsylvania Board of Health. A service charge of 20% and current state tax will be applied to food and beverage items. Entrée selection on all banquet menus must be confirmed by our catering office at three weeks prior to the function to ensure that your order is met. Our menus are provided as guidelines and suggestions only. Our catering staff will try to meet any special requests. LedgeRock Golf Club is not responsible for any damage or loss to any merchandise, articles, or valuables belonging to the Member or their guests located on our Club property prior to, during or subsequent to any function. The Member is responsible for any damages incurred to the Club (including those involving the use of any independent contractor arranged by the Member or the sponsor of the Member). The Applicant further agrees to be financially responsible for the conduct of all persons attending the affair for which the use of the Club s premises is sought, and further agree to make certain that the laws and regulations of the State of Pennsylvania, including those of the Liquor Control Board pertaining to the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages, are observed and enforced. Menus are subject to change based on increased wholesale costs, vintage changes, and/or seasonality. CANCELLATION POLICY: The function space reserved is based on the number of guests detailed in this contract. If there is a significant reduction or increase in your guest count, LedgeRock Golf Club reserves the right to reduce or expand the allotted function space as well. Should a cancellation of an event occur and not be rescheduled, the following charges will apply: * If cancellation occurs prior to 30 days of the scheduled function Initial Security Deposit Applies * If cancellation occurs prior to 72 hours of the scheduled function 50% of estimated food and beverage minimum charges will apply * If cancellation occurs prior to 48 hours of the scheduled function 100% of estimated food and beverage minimum charges will apply
