Our primal cuts; rump, sirloin, t-bone, prime rib and rib-eye are matured for days. BUTCHERY We pride ourselves in our superior quality meat products and have expanded our offerings to include a bespoke butchery. Not only can you enjoy the delicious meals from Trumps in our restaurant, but you can take our quality cut, perfectly aged steaks and award winning biltong home with you and continue the experience that is Trumps Grillhouse and Butchery. We house a prestigious wine cellar, offering a delectable selection of wines from the finest Cape Winelands and most sought after wines in South Africa. We have developed a long lasting relationship since 1994 with a variety of our country s award winning winemakers. Our wine selection has been designed to suit the urban-classic contemporary palate of our diners. We offer a wide variety of cuts on our menu and ensure that we serve only the best quality. Our meals have been designed with specific flavours for your enyoument. All dishes are subject to availability. 2 SALADS HALLOUMI SALAD Deep fried Halloumi on a bed of mixed greens and spiced couscous with a zesty lemon dressing. TRADITIONAL GREEK SALAD Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and onion with Danish feta and Kalamata olives topped with a Greek dressing. TOMATO AND ONION SALAD Cherry tomatoes and slices of onion with a creamy blue cheese dressing. ROQUEFORT SALAD Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion and blue cheese. Topped with our famous Blue cheese dressing. GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD Tender chicken strips on a bed of mixed greens, Kalamata olives, avocado, cherry tomatoes, goats cheese and a creamy basil pesto dressing. CAESAR SALAD Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, Grana Padano shavings and Caesar dressing. CAPRESE SALAD Buffalo Mozzarella, freshly sliced tomato and fresh basil. Drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic dressing. THAI BEEF SALAD FILLET Succulent strips of beef fillet, served on a bed of mixed greens and fresh coriander. Topped with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, chilli relish, roasted cashews and sesame seeds. SMOKED SALMON AND AVOCADO SALAD Smoked Norwegian salmon on a bed of mixed greens, tossed with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion and capers. SOUTH AFRICAN SALAD A salad of biltong, rocket, celery, apple, Parmesan cheese and pecan nuts. Topped with our creamy Trumps dressing. VEGETARIAN HALLOUMI BURGER Deep fried Halloumi with fresh rocket and tomato chilli jam on a fresh bun. Served with chips. VEGETARIAN PLATTER Deep fried Halloumi with mango chutney, grilled mushrooms, Greek salad, pumpkin and spinach. VEGETARIAN BURGER Falafel patty on a bed of sliced tomato and rocket, topped with a creamy mushroom sauce.

STICKY PORK RIBS (bourbon BBQ chilli marinade) Tender ribs, basted in our signature bourbon chilli marinade. SPRINGBOK CARPACCIO Springbok carpaccio, served on fresh rocket with balsamic caramel, Grana Padano shavings and fresh lemon. GRILLED CALAMARI TUBES In a garlic butter or peri-peri sauce. TENDER CUBES OF FILLET (peri-peri Portuguese sauce) Tender cubes of fillet prepared in a homemade peri-peri Portuguese sauce. CHICKEN WINGS Basted in a BBQ or peri-peri sauce. SMOKED SALMON Smoked salmon on a bed of rocket and avocado accompanied by a dollop of lemony cream cheese. CHICKEN LIVERS Spicy chicken livers, pan fried to perfection and finished off with peri-peri and fresh cream. Served with a homemade roll. HALLOUMI (deep fried) Fried Halloumi served with our homemade mango chutney. GARLIC SNAILS A classic, served with a garlic and herb butter or creamy garlic herb sauce. QUEEN PRAWNS (tomato chilli jam) 3 Succulent queen prawns, served on a citrus aioli with our tomato and chilli jam. MUSSELS Freshly steamed in a classic white wine sauce with fresh herbs and served with a homemade butter roll. PARMA HAM WITH SUMMER MELON Freshly sliced Parma Ham and mellon drizzled with our famous blue cheese dressing.
