16 TheT&C s MR. M S DEETS Booking: Tentative bookings will be held for a period of 7 days. Once this period is up, Level 1 will automatically be released should a deposit not be paid. For confirmation of booking a deposit of $ is to be paid in full to secure the space. Should the derposit not be paid by the 7th day, the booking will remain tentative and should another party show interest, Mr. Miyagi reserves the right to release the space. Sunday - Thursday Mr. M s Level 1 has a minumum spend of $1500. Fridays and Saturdays will require a minimum spend of $ Mr. M can assist with dietary changes to menus where possible. These must be communicated to Mr. Miyagi staff at least 2 weeks prior to your event. All guests with allergies must make themselves known to staff at the beginning of the event. If a guest is unsure if they can safely consume a dish, please ask a staff member on the night. It s better to be safe than sorry! External Suppliers: Mr. M does not allow any external food products to be brought into the venue with the excpetion of a Birthday cake. This must be pre-organised with the functions manager and bought in the day of the event betweem 11-12am or pm. Storage of items over night is not permitted. Responsible service of alcohol: Mr. Miyagi adheres to responsible service of alcohol legislaion. All staff are trained in the liquor licensing acccredited RSA responsible service of alcohol and by law may reufse to serve alcohol to any person who they believe is intoxicated. Guests will not be allowed to take drinks outside the private dining room. Cancellation/Changes Policy: In the event of a function cancellation, we require a minimum of 1 months notice. Cancelling a minimum of All private dining events must conclude at their scheduled time. After this time, guests are welcome to continue their fun in Yukie s Snack Bar downstairs. There will incur a cakeage fee of $2.50pp If you are wanting to use decorations such as flowers or audio visual screens, you must consult with your event 1 month out will result in a 100% deposit refund. Should a function be cancelled less than a month out from the event, the deposit will be non refunable. Catering requirements: All food and beverage menu choices must be confirmed 14 days prior to Mr. Miyagi hosting your special event. manager prior to making any bookings. All external companies will be approved at the discretion of the events manager. Any change of date requests will be happily fulfilled depending on availability, as long as one month notice is given. Dietary requirements must be finalised by this time. Mr. M needs this time to make sure he has the right types/ amounts of food for your guests. Should external suppliers be confirmed by the event manager, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all external property that does not belong to Mr. Miyagi is removed at the end of the fuction. Damages: If a party causes any damage to the room or property of Mr. M, the client will be held accountable and will be responsible for paying the cost of repairs or replacement.
