4 THE BEST ITALIAN VINEYARDS Nebbiolo This grape is known for producing powerful, full-bodied, and mercilessly tannic wines. Barbera Barbera is a red Italian wine that is the third most planted grape in the entire country. Pinot Grigio It s a white wine grape variety, is one of the darkest-skinned grapes producing white wine. Trebbiano It s a grape varieties, planted almost everywhere in Italy. Despite the fact its wine is remarkably thin, tart and characterless. Primitivo Primitivo is a variety of red grape grown across Puglia. The grape is tannins, intensely flavored and deeply colored Sauvignon Extremely popular variety making crisp, dry, aromatic and extremely distinctive wines all over the world. Montepulciano It s a red wine grape variety grown widely in central Italy. Globally appreciated for their soft flavors, strong color and gentle tannins. Sangiovese Grosso Sangiovese is a dark-berried vine, is the most widely planted grape variety in Italy. Savory flavors of dark cherries and black stonefruit are characteristic. Pinot Bianco It s a versatile white-wine grape variety. Pinot Blanc s varietal characters include apple and almond, and sometimes a touch of smokiness. Chardonnay Chardonnay is one of the leading white grape varieties in the world for production of high-quality white and sparkling table wines.

7 Half RED WINE VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE RIPASSO DOC ZENATO The wine has a ruby red colour, a delicate bouquet reminiscent of cherries and wild berries. The wine is medium to full-bodied and dry with a velvety finish. 85% CORVINIA 10% RONDINELLA 5% OSELETA 30 BAROLO DOCG 2014 BENI DI BATASIOLO The color is deep garnet red. The bouquet has all the typical aromas of the grape nebbiolo after the aging period provided by the process of production. In the mouth this wine is absolutely elegant and pleasing. Ì100% NEBBIOLO 40 AMARONE CLASSICO VALPOLICELLA DOCG 80% CORVINIA 10% RONDINELLA 10% OSELETA 43 ZENATO Deep ruby-red. Strong note of herbs, quinine and roasted red fruit on the nose. Then fresher and cleaner with lovely floral flavors of red cherry and spicy herbs. Finishes long with youthfully chewy tannins. Although stunning now, this wine will reward cellaring for a few years still.

Concentrated aromas of black cherries and blackberry complement notes of basil, and sweet spices thanks to the time in barrel. On the palate, the wine is smooth and balanced with velvety tannins. SANGIOVESE DI ROMAGNA DOC SUPERIORE GEMME TORRE SAN MARTINO The pride of the viticulture of Forli and one of Torre s most requested wines. The soil and microclimate, as well as the traditions of winemaking handed down through the generations, combine to produce a wine of real personality. BAROLO BATASIOLO DOCG BRICCOLINA % NEBBIOLO 90 It has intense and persistent aromas of ripe fruit, flowers and spices with delicate flavors of the wood. Its power, elegance and charm, give fullness to the palate and great intensity. All the notes in the nose are enhanced harmonically and make it a wine to remember. TIGNANELLO MARCHESI ANTINORI Tuscany IGT. The 2009 vintage marks a new phase in Tignanello s stylistic development. The wine s characteristic power has been joined by a new sense of grace, with notes of violet and, liquorice complementing the red fruit and toasty oak aromas. 13 Bottle RED WINE BIONDI SANTI BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO 2008 It has a very lovely, light and limpid garnet color and an extremely complex aroma where the fruit gives way to a smoky note and those of black tobacco with delicate hints of violet and initial sensations of licorice. There is a light suggestion of young tannins, which is totally understandable at this stage of the wine. 100% SANGIOVESE GROSSO 160 GUADO AL TASSO BOLGHERI SUPERIORE ANTINORI 2014 Guado al Tasso is a less structured wine than usual but one with a crisp, savory finish and a balanced and complex fragrance. The nose shows notes of cherries under spirits, tobacco, candied oranges, and spices. The palate is vibrant, supple, and persistent with a spicy finish and aftertaste. In this vintage it was decided to use a larger percentage of Merlot and to eliminate the Petit Verdot, giving a final wine which differs from previous years. CABERNET SAUVIGNON, MERLOT, CABERNET FRANC SASSICAIA SAN GUIDO BOLGHERI Intensely concentrated with notes of blackcurrant and bramble fruits. Fresh and flowery to the nose, of good intensity and persistence. In the mouth it is dry, pleasantly fresh and long-lasting. The final sensation that reminds almonds is typical of the denomination.

PINOT BIANCO/WEISSBURGUNDER 35 GAVI DI GAVI GRANEE DOCG 2017 BENI DI BATASIOLO 100% CORTESE 39 Dry but refreshing, keen and well balanced. GRECO DI TUFO DOCG TENUTA DI ALTAVILLA VILLA MATILDE Straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights. An elegant wine with delicate flowery and fruity notes with light hazelnut aromas. Dry, fresh on the palate with excellent structure and body. Balanced and delicate % GRECO 45 LUGANA VIGNETO MASSONI DOC S.CRISTINA 2016 The Trebbiano grapes were harvested at the end ofseptember by hand. They are soft pressed on arrival at the winery andfermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 20 days. The wine is then aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks with a further 3months in bottle before release. 100% TREBBIANO DI LUGANA 46

20 Bottle WHITE WINE CHARDONNAY BLANC OLTREPO PAVESE DOP 2015 TENUTA MAZZOLINO A full-bodied palate with ripe pear and apple accents followed by, anise and roast hazelnuts from the time in barrel. The citrusy notes evolve into a mineral and saline mid-palate. Long, bright andlingering nish. RIBOLLA GIALLA DOC COLLIO TENUTA STELLA Yellow straw color. Initial intense mineral notes that blend with aromas of ripe and dry fruits with tones of vanilla and liquorice. On the palate important varietal and acidity notes of Ribolla stand out. Freshness combines with light note of sourness typical of this varietal. A powerful wine with great personality and elegance. 100% CHARDONNAY 100% RIBOLLA GIALLA VIOGNIER MAREMMA TOSCANA BIANCO DOC % VERMENTINO 10% VIOGNER Opens with intense notes of fresh lily and lemon fruits as well as acacia flowers, accompanied with a mark of fresh apricots and citrusnotes. The large bouquet is enriched by toasted and sweet notes, reminiscent of the maturation in oak barrels. 65

Well balanced PINOT GRIGIO BLUSH ANTICHELLO 2017 SANTA SOFIA Pale pink colour. Hawthorn blossoms, green apples and white almonds aroma with a gentle, delicate final reminiscent of wild roses. Fresh wine, rich with vivid acidity that goes wonderfully with a final note of mixed red berries. ROSACHIARA ROSATO LA SCOLCA A bright, effusive nose is lead by read cherry in droves and followed by wisps of jalapeno. Strawberry, continued cherry, spice and a dollop of crème fraiche are all present throughout the palate of this dry Rosé along with vibrant Red Delicious Apple notes

26 Bottle CHAMPAGNE & SPARKLING VEUVE CLICQUOT BRUT Veuve Clicquot ages their non-vintage for almost twice the required time, resulting in a superb marriage of freshness and power, with rich fruit and a mouth-filling mousse. DOM PERIGNON Stylish and seductive from the outset, already open and expressive with delicate ripe stone fruit, floral touches and minerality but also graceful, pure and lifted. Suave and glossy on the attack with very fine mousse, and a fine-textured mid-palate. Beautifully judged, with hints of honey leading to a polished finish and a touch of crisp grapefruit simply delicious with huge appeal now but not at the expense of balance. Complete and harmonious with an irresistible vibrancy and energy. PERRIER JOUET BELLE EPOQUE An invigorating wine that balances liveliness with refinement. It comes from a grape harvest marked by an exceptionally warm spring, followed by a cool summer that was accompanied by abundant rainfall.
