Choose an intimate space with a viewing balcony or grand panoramic that offers self-contained space for larger parties overlooking the track. Choose an informal buffet, sumptuous carvery or have your guests served a plated three or four course dinner. Go posh with the nosh, or relax it a little more. Your choice. Choose champagne or prosecco, wines, beers and soft drinks. We can arrange pre-paid drinks packages to make sure your guests are looked after throughout the evening. 13 Keep things relaxed and fluid with one of our much-loved buffets. If you re in a suite then a buffet is perfect to allow people to work the room and mix it up. From Mediterranean finger-food to spicy tastes of the East, through to a traditional or luxe British buffet, including a build your own gourmet burger option. Our crisp roast potatoes, Yorkshires and home-made gravy are a real Best of British winner. Choose your carvery and let us know if you would like some vegetarian dishes. The Carvery contains its own private bar and tote betting facility, with large tables to suit those bigger parties. Dessert packages can be added or bought on the night. 18 starters RESTAURANT VIP STAGE AREA We re under starter s orders from the minute you book. Go formal with a three or four course dinner. Dine in style: your style. Start with a flourish of oak-smoked salmon or maybe some North Atlantic prawns. Old sea dogs will love our freshly-cooked seafood mains. Lobster and chips - great with a chilled glass of champagne - moules frites, beer battered cod and chips or how about tempura tiger prawns with a little chilli kick. Those who prefer turf to surf might start with a silky pate with crusty bread, continental meat platter or succulent chicken Caesar salad followed by slow cooked lamb shanks with rosemary jus and roasted cherry tomatoes, pork loin with cider or piri piri chicken. 20 The Finish Line The last course, like the last race, will be every bit as good as the first. Delicious puds and pretty as a picture desserts to delight provide the perfect finish.
