The bottle prices are our shop retail price with a corkage charge of only 4 included or purchase any wine from the shop shelves and a mere 4 corkage charge per bottle will be added. 2 Selected wines by the bottle & glass ITALIAN WHITE SPARKLING 125ml 175ml 1 PROSECCO SPAGO NV Valvona & Crolla 11% Veneto Made from the Prosecco grape in North-East Italy, this frizzante wine is lightly sparkling, clean, zesty and refreshing. The lower alcohol level makes it superb for afternoon celebrations! WHITE 2 GARGANEGA 2017 Valvona & Crolla 12.5% Veneto Aromatic nose with perfumes of almond blossom and a touch of acacia. On the palate, it is lively and crisp, with delicate honey and almond notes. Clean finish with a twist of lime. 3 PINOT GRIGIO VENETO 2017 Valvona & Crolla 12.5% Veneto Crisp and fresh with plenty of character. Popular for its ripeness and youthful character on the palate with an almond and a twist of lime finish 4 PECORINO 2017 Trabocchetto Talamonti 13% Abruzzo A bouquet of fruit aromas on the nose. On the palate it has an explosive ripe pear, apple and jasmine, accompanied with gentle grassy flavours. 5 GAVI DI GAVI 2017 Carmelitani 12.5% Piemonte Fresh and fruity with scents of white flowers and a pleasant, though quite dry palate. Rich and balanced, this elegant white is soft and round with good structure. ROSÉ 6 ROSATO 2017 A Mano 12% Puglia Bright pink in colour with a lively, youthful perfume of ripe strawberries and a touch of fresh mint. ITALIAN RED 7 MERLOT 2016 Valvona & Crolla 13% Veneto Intense ruby red colour, complex fragrances of ripe red fruit, fresh red currant and a light vanilla hint in the background. Full and elegant, soft and fresh with a remarkable persistence on the finish 8 BARBERA 2014 Valvona & Crolla 12.5% Piemonte Vibrant, deep purple red, the noise is fruity and fresh with complex berry and spice flavours and the crisp acidity with very long finish on the plate 9 CHIANTI 2016 DOCG Poggiotondo ORGANIC 13.5% Toscana Dried oregano aromas entwined with dark cherries and a smoky undertone. Fresh finish. 10 NERELLO MASCALESE IL PASSO 2017 Zabu 13% Sicily Produced from Nerello Mascalese and Nero d'avola grapes on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. This wine is deep coloured and intensely perfumed, with generous fruit on the palate with ripe and soft tannins.
