One of the greats. Gorgeously fine bead. Nice biscuity, yeasty nose. Rich and concentrated in the mouth with tangy, juicy citrus and apple fruits to the fore. Finishes with great length and persistence. Nicholas Feuilatte reserve France 130 A rich colour with green apples, flowers, hazelnuts and spice. Full bodied on the palate with robust flavours of green apple, spice and hazelnut. Quite sweet and juicy with fairly vigorous bubbles and tangy green apple finish. A fun champagne made for uncomplicated enjoyment! Methode Daniel La Brun Marlborough Bursting with ripe passion fruit and citrus aromas, this full bodied sparkling Sauvignon Blanc shows excellent length and flavour. Dog Point Marlborough A generous, full bodied wine displaying an excellent balance of fruit and acidity with a fine citrus infused finish. Mt. Beautiful Cheviot Hills 50 Full and fruity. A bouquet of tropical fruit is backed up on the palate by flavours of pineapple and guava with mineral spice notes, finishing with a bracing flash of lime crispness. Martinborough Vineyard Martinborough A complex new world wine with aromas of tropical fruit and vanilla on the nose and a ripe character on the palate. Balanced with a creamy texture from barrel fermentation. The Ned Marlborough Clean and bright. This single vineyard wine has a lovely hint of tropical flavours, beautiful mineral, gun flint characters combined with a lingering nettle spike. Kopiko Bay Marlborough 40 8 Classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Bright ripe gooseberry aromatics with guava and tropical melon flavours.

3 Chardonnay Region Bottle Glass Brunton Road Gisborne 60 Pale straw in colour with aromas of lemon and caramel. The palate is of ripe fruit, butterscotch and gentle spice. Well balanced with some lees complexity. A consistently great wine. Mahi Marlborough The combination of fruit characters, subtle use of oak and wild yeast notes, work to make a complex Chardonnay that suits a range of foods. One of New Zealand s most understated wines. Spy Valley Marlborough Concentrated with great fruit weight and texture. White peach, lemon zest and hazelnuts are seasoned delicately with restrained oak. Trinity Hill Hawke s Bay 45 9 A Chablis style wine with only a small part of the juice fermented in oak. Characters of grapefruit and melon, bone dry with great length and texture. TW Chardonnay / Viogner Gisborne 45 9 A fantastic blend of two premium varieties with the opulence of Viogner and the tropical fruit of Chardonnay. Stone fruits on the nose with a rich palate of peach, melon and lime. Lush.

4 Pinot Gris Region Bottle Glass The King s Thorn Marlborough 60 A wonderful textual wine with fresh flavours of white nectarine, pear and almond. This Pinot Gris is rich and round with hints of spice on the finish delicious. Te Whare Ra Marlborough An Alsatian style wine with aromas of nectarine, raspberry and Nashi pear. A light spice on the palate with almond. Great concentration, balance and texture. Mt. Difficulty Central Otago Displays classic characteristic of citrus and nectarine. A delicious and refreshing Pinot Gris with hints of summer. Mt. Beautiful Cheviot Hills Appealing aromas of ripe apple and plum are offset by a hint of nuttiness and spiced almond on the palate. The mouth-feel is deliciously creamy, finishing crisply. Riesling Amisfield Central Otago 60 An intense nose of citrus, honeysuckle, spice and mineral notes. Elegant and focused with juicy acidity and great length. Mt. Difficulty Target Gulley Central Otago This is a light style wine with good mid palate weight and plenty of finesse. Lime and mineral flavours with a floral and stone fruit nose. Viogner Trinity Hill Hawke s Bay An excellent vintage for this multiple award winning varietal. Distinct aromas of orange blossom and jasmine dominate on the nose, with a rich, full and textural palate.

SoHo Waiheke The aromas ooze fresh cut strawberries, red berry fruit and tangy sorbet. A fruity little number on the palate, with an excellent body and just enough acidity to keep things lively. Trinity Hill Hawke s Bay 45 9 Flavours and aromas of redcurrant, cranberry and strawberry gently complement the crisp acidity which is balanced by a small amount of retained sweetness. Intense plum and chocolate aromas on the nose with hints of cherry, liquorice and cinnamon on the palate. Great texture and length. Lake Hayes Central Otago Supple and textured with an abundance of plum and cherry fruit on the nose. Hints of spice and dried herbs. Te Whare Ra Marlborough Fragrant notes of strawberry, black plum and cherry. A palate of mocha and spice with savoury undertones. A layered and sophisticated wine. Shiraz / Syrah Okahu Estate Northland 60 Estate grown on the Kauri lands terroir. A warm spice of blackcurrant and cherries with hints of clove on the nose. This continues on the palate with a caramel and leather finish. Mouth watering. St. Hallet Faith Barossa Valley Luscious plum and berry flavours with classic regional characters of chocolate and coffee bean from the oak. Brilliant. Trinity Hill Hawke s Bay 45 9 Blackberry and pepper nuances are evident with savoury, spicy overtones. Great with any red meat dishes. Weemala Shiraz / Viogner NSW 45 9 A small family operated boutique winery. Aromas of red berries and spice with a floral lift on the nose. A silky palate of liquorice and rhubarb. Fun!

Tight tannins give this wine an excellent silky mouth feel. Te Awa Leftfield Hawke s Bay Front foot and fruit forward. Wonderful aromatic notes of old leather and rich plums with a palate of sweet vanilla and chocolate. Perfectly balanced. Easy to like and easy to drink. Spy Valley Marlborough Small block selected fruit. A rich dark aroma of berries and chocolate with soft floral notes. Ripe sweet fruit flavours of plum and currants on the palate. Spicy oak and soft tannins. Yum! Sangiovese Heron s Flight Matakana 95 The blood of Jupiter and the most famous red grape from Tuscany grown in Matakana. Full bodied, balanced, ripe and complex. One of New Zealand s finest red wines. Temprinillo Trinity Hills Gimlett Gravels Hawke s Bay 70 A fantastic example of the famous variety of Spain. A beautifully balanced and elegant wine offering aromas of raspberry, plum, oak and vanilla. Wild fruit, liquorice and leather on the palate. Get me a bottle! Grenache Rockbare McClaren Valley Sourced from 80 year old vines, this is a big, weighty drop. Crimson in colour with aromas of musk, lollies, clove and dried herbs. An opulent and supple palate of cherry, chocolate and spice.
