3 The Park Bistro The Park Bistro is an intimate setting which can comfortably seat up to 80 people for your reception. Please see our sample menus for an idea of what type of meal you and your guests can enjoy. Our Head Chef is always more than happy to create a personalised menu to meet specific palates if our sample menu does not have all the dishes you would like. Once you have told us your preferences for a menu and how you would like the bistro to look then you can sit back, relax and let us take care of the rest.

The Bridal Suite will be made available complimentary to the Bride & Groom.

4 The Hotel We can provide accommodation at excellent Bed & Breakfast rates for your guests. 24 luxurious bedrooms, including 2 family suites and one wheelchair accessible room, are available. The Bridal Suite will be made available complimentary to the Bride & Groom. We will also provide ample complimentary private car parking for you and your guests. Lastly, we have extensive complimentary storage and preparation space in the hotel which can be used by your florist and for any other storage you may need on the day.

5 Entertainment The Park Bistro or MacCarthy s Bar both have more than enough space to suit any type of entertainment you would like to have on the night of your reception. The back of the bistro can be cleared to make a dance floor for the night and the front can be used as a space to relax.

6 White Wine Menu Chile Chilensis Sauvignon Blanc Very clean crisp and tropical with a nice blend of lemon limes and a hint of granny smith apple. A full flavour nose. Refreshingly tangy with a lovely green citrus mouth feel. New Zealand Hungerford Hill Chardonnay An excellent full straw green colour. The nose shows lively aromas of peach and melon. The palate shows fullbodied rich fruit flavours finishing with crisp, natural acidity. Italy Ca Vive Pinot Grigio Pale straw yellow with greenish shades. A fruity wine with clear Aromas of toasted almonds. Lean bodied with a balanced acidity and a dry finish. France Les Jamelles Sauvignon Blanc Lovely Pale yellow colour. Rich, aromatic wine with intense scents of fruit mingled with typical Sauvignon aromas such as gooseberries and passion fruit. Chile Oveja Negra Chardonnay/Viognier Pale yellow straw colour. Clean, lingering finish. The palate is dry, rich and mouth filling with a crisp balancing acidity. Sparkling/Champagne Italy Masottina Prosecco Fruity, with a good intensity. The bubbles are evanescent, with a fine and persistent finish. France Pannier Brut Fresh and pure with a very supple, round body and full structures. Mature aromas of fully ripened fruit. Good length, does not fall off the palate. Verve Clicquot Veuve Clicquot manages to reconcile two opposing factors forcefulness and finesse and to hold them in perfect balance. This consistent power to please makes it ideal as an aperitif.

7 Red Wine Menu Chile Chilensis Merlot Intense red currant colour. Complex berry fruit with a hint of fruits of the forest and slight earthiness. Smooth on the palate with a complexity that follows through to the mid-palate and finish. New Zealand Hungerford Hill Shiraz Full crimson red colour. The bouquet shows ripe peppery fruit. The palate has full-bodied soft fruit flavours with ripe sweet tannins and a long dry finish. Chile Chilensis Cabernet This medium bodied wine has pleasant raspberry fruit and cassis flavours, soft tannins and medium persistence. Very good balance between the fruit and light notes of oak. Argentina Michel Torino Award Cabernet Round, full bodied intense wine. Very intense purple colour. Extremely aromatic varieties with notes of red fruits. France Les Jamelles Merlot This wine is round, rich and long-lasting on the palate with mature tannins on the finish. It is an attractive, wellbalanced, easy-drinking wine. Rosé France Touraine Rosé Bright rose colour. Floral and fruity aromas. Lightness and delightful freshness, classic raspberry flavours of the Gamay grape variety.

12 Reviews macengine Omaha, Nebraska Our Wedding at The Park Hotel Reviewed 29 June 2011 Simply the best place to stay in Glengarriff! We had our wedding at St. Finbarr's Oratory and based our guests out of Glengarriff. The village was perfect...great atmosphere...great people...loads things to do in the area. We had 30 guests from the states and another 20 guests locally. We filled the hotel and the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive to our every need. We even had a storyteller (Seanchai) the was arranged by the hotel the night of our reception. The food was fantastic!!! Our reception was held in McCarthy's Pub which is part of the hotel...a good craic was had by all. We even had a Irish Tea the hotel put on for us as well, to welcome our guests...again it was perfect. Forgot about the shopping...great places in the village to find something you forgot to bring or a gift that you need to take home. I would give the hotel 5 stars!!!!! We loved it, if you dont know that yet and would recommend this hotel to all!!! Cheers and many thanks all at the hotel that made our visit perfect.
