2 denomination of origin (d.o.) within our wine list The classification of Spanish wines is a complex process that goes through a number of certifications before receiving the mainstream grading, referred to as the Denominación de Origen. In 1986 Spain adopted the EU-sponsored QWPSR (Quality Wine Produced in Specific Regions) regulatory code (Vino de Calidad Producido en Región Determinada (VCPRD) and in 2011, Spain was recorded as having approximately 120 regions that received geographical classification for cultivating wines.

5 Sidra is the traditional drink of Asturias. It is made from locally-grown apples in Asturias, has been produced here since ancient times and is considered the regional wine. Tareco. 750 ml. D.O.P. Selection of only its richest matured, natural cider for a second in-bottle fermentation makes this unusually full-flavored & aromatic for a naturally sparkling cider. Please ask our staff for more information. In some instances some vintages of particular wines have yet to be rated by the guides used. We have however taken the liberty of providing the score of the closest vintage for your consideration Fino Una Palma. D.O. Jerez 7 40 It feels nutty, with some bread and yeasty notes, dry, with a strong & delineated palate, showing the dry, powerful character of the wines. Fino Dos Palmas. D.O. Jerez 9 54 Medium-intensity nose that it is consider the stereotype of old Fino from Jerez, redolent of esparto grass notes intermixed with chalk. The palate is very pungent, intense and complex and ends with an acute saline note. Fino Tres Palmas. D.O. Jerez Close to an Amontillado, light brown color and a nose of hazelnuts intermixed with the marine & saline notes. Varnished wood, with a very sharp palate, intense & complex. Tío Pepe. D.O. Jerez 4 36 It has a light nose of dried flowers, almonds & olives, in a subtle way and a dry palate dominated by the chalky notes. Light & easy to drink, it is a good introduction to Fino Sherry. Apóstoles, Palo Cortado. D.O. Jerez Mahogany colour, a predominant note of raisins among the hazelnuts, candied fruit and sweet vanilla. The off-dry palate has intense flavors of dates, dry figs and raisins with great persistence & length. Alfonso, Oloroso. D.O. Jerez 7 39 Amber-colored, has a nose of medium- to low-intensity, very balsamic (thyme, rosemary), even minty with a light palate and flavours of beeswax, apricots, hazelnuts & cedar wood. Matusalem, Oloroso Dulce. D.O. Jerez Very sweet with the Oloroso character fighting hard not to be dominated by the typical flavors of Pedro Ximenez, dry figs, coffee, arrope & feels low in acidity & quite dense. Del Duque, Amontillado The colour is dark amber, very powerful nose of old wood, candied fruit & walnuts. The sharpness of the palate is somehow balanced by an off-dry feeling which makes it very drinkable. Viña AB, Amontillado. D.O. Jerez 5 37 Deep yellow color, a clean, discrete nose of Fino, chalky with its salty notes. Palate is clearly an elegant, light Amontillado with intense, piercing flavours, & it fills your mouth, ending very dry. Manzanilla La Guita.D.O. Manzanilla de Sanlucar de Barrameda 4 33 Very strong & marked character of brine, green olives and mustard seeds, with an overall sweet sensation. The medium-bodied palate is precise, very dry & intense, with some brine and rancio flavours and great length.

Cava It has a very tight nose of green apple, chalk dust and pear that remain tightly wound, despite coaxing. The palate is well-balanced with a touch of brioche on the entry. Reserva Brut It is pale yellow-colored with fresh notes of apple & yeasts, 6 28 some toasted bread with a sharp palate with high acidity, clean & refreshing, powerful yet elegant with a citric finish Mas de Valls Brut NV*. Penedes 115 The wine is quite impressive, it is subtle & elegant, with some complexity from the lees, 75 with notes of smoke, freshly-baked bread, brioche, fennel, white flowers & hints of honey & beeswax. Penedes 62 It has a bright colour with a medium intensity, fresh fruit, dried herbs, fine lees, floral aroma & a fresh, fruity, flavourful, good acidity taste. Blanca Cusiné*. D.O. Cava A strong aroma of nuts, dried fruits, bread dough & peaches with a lively palate lifted by the fine bubbles, pungent flavours & a chalky, mineral sensation. Rosa Cusiné*. D.O. Cava Very pale pink, salmon-colored, with a nose of very ripe and bruised apples, sweet baking spices and hints of cherries. In the palate the flavors are dominated by notes reminiscent of cider.

Very aromatic with well-integrated wood tones. Viñas del Vero. Pinot Noir. D.O. Somontano The delicacy of the pink colour, its brightness and brilliance bring to mind jewels made of rose gold. The elegance of the colour is also displayed in the combination of aromas, which are reminiscent of petals and sweet fruit. Subtle aromas and the flavour of the wine make it elegant in the mouth too & satisfying to taste. Más Amor. Garnacha, Sumoll & Cariñena D.O. Catalunya It is characterized by its dry restrained quality as a rosé. Very refreshing, vertical style displaying tightly packed red berries & rose petals. Sospechoso. Bobal & Tempranillo. VT Castilla 2014* Pale salmon colour. On the nose mostly meaty stone fruit with rose perfume & integrated lactic notes. In the palate is mouth filling and tasty with a tiny tannic perception & a freshness that will amplify the rose petal & the meaty red & Stone fruit fragrances. Conca de Barberá The wine shows complexity and finesse with a surprisingly retained level of acidity to give an extremely well balanced wine. The palate shows tropical fruits with a rich creamy character from the gentle use of French oak that gives way to a long & concentrated aftertaste. Limousin Reserva. Verdejo. D.O. Rueda With the typical notes of the variety on top of the smoky, toasty aromas of the barrel that stay in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with good persistence. Cosmic.
