There will be no exceptions GUEST COUNTS - GUARANTEED AND MINIMUM In order for us to plan for this event correctly, we will need you to supply us with your guaranteed guest count no later than August 11, No decreases to guaranteed guest counts will be accepted after the above date A Minimum Food and Beverage guest count is required. Traditional Marquee: 60 guests/day Veranda Suite: 35 guests /day If less than this minimum, a 15% service charge will be added to the final invoice ORDERS AFTER DEADLINE AND MENU ADD-ONS When Food and Beverage is ordered during the Event or after the deadline specified under Important Deadlines there will be an increase of 15% to the Listed Menu Price 2
3 GENERAL INFORMATION (continued) STAFFING Standard Numbers of Wait Staff/Bartenders for Food and Beverage Service Provided are as Follows: Wait Staff One (1) for every 50 guests Bartender One (1) for every 100 guests Additional Staff May Be Added at a Rate of $30.00 per hour per Wait Staff and/or Bartender with a Minimum of Four (4) Hours SERVICE CHARGE / LATE FEES All food and beverage is subject to a 18% service charge, plus applicable sales tax. This service charge is not a tip of gratuity and is not distributed to service employees. Additional payment for tips or gratuity for service, if any, is voluntary and at your discretion.
