And we will happily provide guidance on which choices best suit your group, working with you to create the perfect menu, from the just-right snacks served at a midmorning break to a banquet that will have them talking for years to come. 12 GENERAL INFORMATION Guarantees A guaranteed number of attendees must be received 7 days prior to the even. You will be billed based on this number or the final number in attendance, whichever is greater. Cancellations All cancellations should be made seven business days prior to the event. Events cancelled with less than required notice could be assessed charges based on cost incurred. Service Charges Normal service of up to two and a half house is automatically included. Attendants will be provided upon request for parties with sales less than the minimum, at a rate of $20.00 per attendant for the first hour. Each additional hour will be billed at a rate of $15.00 per attendant per hour. Events that extend beyond two and a half hours of service will also be billed at this rate. Special request for early setup will be billed at $15.00 per hour and per attendant. Small Party Charge A $75.00 fee will apply to any buffet with a guarantee of fewer than 30 people. Delivery Charges All functions will be charged a delivery fee at the following rates: $75 above 20 miles and based on menu, guarantee number of guest and additional services.
