Catering Agreement Grande Lakes Orlando Policies & Procedures If food and beverage (F&B) is ordered, a Catering Agreement or Banquet Event Order (BEO) will be prepared by the hotel and sent to the appropriate company contact shortly after the F&B request is received. No outside food or non-alcoholic beverages may be brought into the hotel by attendees. Alcohol beverage must be delivered by a licensed Florida wholesaler and is intended for sampling purposes. Please carefully review the WSWA Alcohol Beverage Product Handling Guidelines that can be found at Any alcohol that is direct shipped or hand carried into the hotel is subject to confiscation. 2. Cancellation Policy Food and beverage orders must be cancelled within 72 hours of the actual event to avoid payment. Food and beverage cancelled within 72 hours will be charged in full. This policy applies to Traditional and Lower Level Hospitality Suites. 3. On-Site Food & Beverage Requests BREAKFAST: Request must be received no later than 5 pm the day before the breakfast. LUNCH: Must be ordered a minimum of 4 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery time. Last minute lunch orders are limited to deli platters. RECEPTION: Must be ordered a minimum of 4 hours in advance of the reception time. 3. Minimum Labor Fee A $225 labor fee will be added to all orders under (25) guests. A minimum order is (5) guests. Food & Beverage orders for under (5) guests, can be placed through In Room Dining (room service). 4. Suite Refresh So that we are able to refresh your suite in a timely manner, please inform us of your preferred refresh times based on your meeting schedule. Please note: Hotel staff will not have a key to your suite, so refreshes must be scheduled while your suite is open. Please inform us of the appropriate times to refresh the room based upon your meeting schedule. 5. Personal Attendant Hospitality Suite attendants are available during the duration of the WSWA Convention & Exposition. A two day advanced notice is required.
