3 Dear Auburn Executive Suiteholder, War Eagle! The 2015 Auburn Football season is here! We have been working hard preparing for a memorable season on the Executive Suite Levels. Please take a moment to look through the 2015 Menu Selections and make your selections for each ball game. I know you will be pleased with the options we have for you. Choose either the Chef s Selections or the Fan Favorites for each home game. Please follow the steps below to place your menu order: Visit and click on the link that reads 2015 Suite Menu Food Orders. Next you will need to log in with your TU # and password. Click to confirm your address. After you have read the instructions on the next page, please click Continue To Menus at the bottom of the web page, you will be at the 2015 Executive Suite Menu Selections Main Page listing all of the home football games. Click on each game to make your selections. After you have made your selections, click submit. Menu selections made will be reflected on the 2015 Executive Suite Menu Selections Main Page. When making your selections for each game, please mark your menu choice, indicating the time of delivery and the type of tea you would like. If the Design Your Own menu is your choice for any of the games, please mark your selections from the Design Your Own menu choices for the particular game you would like it. Deadline to submit your menu selections is Friday, August 28, As we get closer to a particular game and you would like to change your menu selection, please let me know by noon, Tuesday, of game week. If you would like to order additional food for any of the games, please click on the link by each game, Additional Food. Your payment will be processed when you submit the Additional Food Order Form. 28 POLICIES & PROCEDURES Additional Catering Details Each suite will be stocked with soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Sprite, Sprite Zero), Dasani Water, iced tea and coffee. The ice bin will be filled with ice in each suite prior to game time. Ice machines are on each level for additional ice. Other beverages for the suites may be provided by the suiteholder. The caterer will place in each suite, the menu as described, for that game and any additional requests. The catering staff will be available to ensure that the food supply is adequate throughout the game. Menu selections are due by Friday, Aug. 28. In case you need to update your order, you may change your menu until 12pm the Tuesday of game week. Please let us know of any allergies that you or your guests may have. We will let you know if the menu you select contains the ingredient(s) you are allergic to & will contact you in order for you to change your selection if you desire. FRIDAY SUITE SERVICING On Friday before home football games, all suites will be available from 12:00pm to 4:30pm for servicing. During servicing on Friday, only authorized persons may enter the suites (prior to the season, each suiteholder will notify the Executive Suites Director of all individuals who will be servicing the suites). When servicing the suites, all authorized individuals will be required to check in (upon arrival) at the Elevator Lobby on the East Side Stadium Entrance. We request that all servicing of the Suites be completed on Friday from 12:00pm to 4:30pm prior to the game day. On Saturday, game day, the Executive Suites will open 2.5 hours prior to each game and will remain open up to 2 hours after the game. (Suites will only be open 1 hour after games that start 6:00pm or later unless otherwise informed.) No servicing will be allowed on game day. ELEVATOR PROCEDURE Two elevators, of the four total, in the Bill and Connie Neville Lobby service the Executive Suites only pregame. Elevators for the Executive Suites will be operating 2.5 hours prior to the game. The elevator buttons are marked 3 for Suite Level Three and 4 for Suite Level Four. Visitors holding Suite Guest Tickets may enter the suites at the beginning of the 4th quarter. This will allow the suiteholders the opportunity to have their guests into the suites before the conclusion of the game. Guest tickets will be taken up at each entrance on each suite level (elevators, ramps, and stairways). PLEASE INFORM YOUR GUESTS OF THE POST GAME ADMITTANCE POLICY Special Occasion Packages If you would like to celebrate a special occasion in your suite, let us help you make it unforgettable. We offer specialized decorating packages that include balloon displays, beautiful flower arrangements and special occasion cakes. Please boles@auburn. edu or call four (4) business days prior to the event and we will be happy to quote prices and arrange for the decorating package of your choice. ADDITIONAL SERVICING AND STAFFING The following staffing and services for each of the home football games and A-Day will be provided. Caterer to place the food in each suite; catering staff will be available throughout the game to provide proper servicing. Caterer will place ice in the ice bin in each suite. Janitorial and maintenance workers to assist where needed. Cups, napkins, china, silverware, lap trays, and trash cans will be provided to each suite. Executive Suite Ambassadors will be available on each level for assistance. Each suite may provide a server if one is desired. This person must be provided with an Executive Suite game ticket by the suiteholder. Upon request, arrangements for a server may be made through the Executive Suites Director. This person must also be provided with an Executive Suite game ticket by the suiteholder. The individual suiteholder will be billed for this service if provided by the Executive Suites Director. 28
