Dear Auburn Arena Tailgate Suiteholder, War Eagle! The 2014 Auburn Football season is here! We have been working hard preparing for a memorable season in the Auburn Arena Tailgate Suites.

We know you will be pleased with the options we have for you to choose from.

If you choose to take advantage of the catering option, please make your selections for all home games prior to Friday, August 22, 2014.

3 Dear Auburn Arena Tailgate Suiteholder, War Eagle! The 2014 Auburn Football season is here! We have been working hard preparing for a memorable season in the Auburn Arena Tailgate Suites. To assist in making your game day experience as easy as possible, we encourage you to take advantage of the superb catering service provided by Flavours Catering. We know you will be pleased with the options we have for you to choose from. You have the option to purchase catering from the Auburn Arena Caterer (Flavours Catering) or you may bring your own food into the Tailgate Suite. If you choose to take advantage of the catering option, please make your selections for all home games prior to Friday, August 22, As we get closer to a particular game and you would like to change your menu selection, let us know by noon, Monday, of game week. All alcohol must be purchased through Flavours Catering no later than the Tuesday prior to each home game and will be placed in your suite. Please follow the steps below to place your menu order: Visit and click on the link that reads 2014 Suite Menu Food Orders. Next you will need to log in with your TU # and password. Click to confirm your -mail address. After you have read the instructions on the next page, please click Continue To Menus at the bottom of the web page, you will be at the 2014 Auburn Arena Tailgate Suite Menu Selections Main Page listing all of the home football games. Click on each game to make your selections. After you have made your selections, click submit. The menu selections made will be reflected on the 2014 Auburn Arena ailgate Suite Menu Selections Main Page. Deadline to submit your menu selections is Friday, August 22, As we get closer to a particular game and you would like to change your menu selection, please let me know by noon, Monday, of game week. If you would like to order additional food and/or alcoholic beverages for any of the games, please click on the link by each game, Additional Food & Beverage Order. Your order will be submitted to our catering staff and they will contact you regarding payment. Additional Food & Beverage orders are due by 12 P.M., the Tuesday prior to each home ball game. 14 2014 Auburn Arena Tailgate Suite Football Game Day Policies and Procedures 1. Tailgate Suites will open four (4) hours prior to kick-off of each home game. 2. Tailgate Suites will close two (2) hours after the conclusion of each home game. 3. To gain admittance into the Tailgate Suite, you must have a Tailgate Suite ticket. Tailgate Suite Tickets will not grant you admittance into Jordan-Hare Stadium. 4. Tailgate Suite tickets will be torn at the outside Tailgate Suite entrance and a wristband will be used by guest(s) to be admitted in and out of the Tailgate Suite and all Tailgate Suite common areas (Courtside Lounge & Tailgate Suites Concourse). A torn ticket will not grant re-entry. 5. It is Athletics Department policy that everyone, including infants, must have a Tailgate Suite ticket to be admitted. 6. You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the Tailgate Suites on game days. 7. If you wish to order catering for your suite, please do so no later than five (5) business days prior to the home game you wish to have catered by visiting 8. All alcohol must be provided by the Auburn Arena Caterer and stocked prior to game day. All alcohol orders must be placed (4) business days prior to game day. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed out of the Tailgate Suite. 9. Flavours Catering will not be permitted to restock the Tailgate Suite with alcoholic beverages on game days. War Eagle! 12
